The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi

A memorable stay by so many wonderful team members. Qistina at Langkawi Kitchen was a delight. Her attentive and thoughtful service made breakfast an enjoyable start. A special mention to Syanan, whose buggy rides were always accompanied by a warm smile. We also had the chance joining a nature walk with Fadzli, who shared fascinating stories about the rainforest with great passion and knowledges. Jay at Hai Yan was as welcoming as ever, always friendly, engaging, and genuinely happy to see guests. Dinner at Beach Grill was consistently excellent thanks to Syamim, Din, and Saiful. Their attentive service and great teamwork created truly enjoyable evenings. Benedict also took great care of us during lunch. Finally, thank you to Ling at Horizon. What was meant to be a quick stop for drinks and snacks before our flight back to Singapore turned into a lovely farewell, thanks to her warm hospitality and genuine care.

From the beautiful room and stunning surroundings to the delicious food and outstanding service. A special thank you to the front desk team (Harris, Amirul, Jafni, Aiman, Wan, Irfan, Zaim, Syanan, Shahmi, Haikal, Din, Akmal, Rahim, Linda) for the warm welcome and excellent assistance during our stay. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel valued from the very beginning. We would also like to express our gratitude to the restaurant team at the Beach Grill (Sha, Alif, Zakwan, Rizal, Mizi) and Langkawi Kitchen team (Awie, Ammar, Nadia) for the wonderful dining experiences throughout our stay. Also to the Private Dining team (Din and Chef Afiq) for your exceptional hospitality. As well to the Horizon team (Suhayl, Jenny) for the good service. Every meal was delivered with care. A heartfelt thank you goes to the housekeeping team (Ashok, Azzam) as well. Our room was always beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared each day. Their hard work and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and greatly contributed to the comfort of our stay. Thank you to the amazing team for creating such a wonderful and relaxing experience. Recently I stayed at Ritz Carlton Langkawi and I must say that this has been the absolute very best stay I have had so far at a Marriott property (and I stay at Marriott properties a lot, this is my 8th year being a Marriott Ambassador member). The resort is beautiful, rooms are spacious, and all the staff there are wonderful and they are always actively doing their best to enhance my stay. There are a few staff that I had more interactions with, that I would like to thank them for their exceptional hospitality. 1) Qayyum, he was the “guardian angel” for my stay. He was very friendly, amazing, attentive, and professional at the highest level. He made sure everything was great for me from check in until check out. I also enjoyed my time at Hai Yan restaurant, a great restaurant led by him and his team, because of their great service and the great food there, I visited Hai Yan almost every night for dinner! 2) Eric, a very knowledgeable bartender and he was very patient explaining the drinks and sharing information and knowledge, I loved my interaction with him. I look forward to tasting more drinks made by him in the future! 3) Jenie, she’s always very caring, she even remembered me from my last stay almost 3 years ago, and she always shared her happy vibe, just seeing her presence and smile made me happy! I look forward to going to Ritz Carlton Langkawi again and again!

Spent time here on my birthday, love everything about Ritz, from the hospitality, amenities, the room, the place soo beautiful and services top notch. You will never want to leave. And thank you for little treats for my birthday Ritz team!!

We had the most amazing experience during our stay. The resort is beautiful and the staff is so friendly. They made us feel extremely special and made our stay so memorable.
