An outstanding hotel. Stayed in a larger one bed villa and it was excellent - great views, modern luxury standard and facilities. The wildlife was a highlight - monkeys everywhere so good if older kids. Food was excellent at all the restaurants, beach is decent and spa was excellent. The adults only infinity pool is great. Service was top quality and staff were very helpful and proactive - thanks Sara and team. Overall would recommend it for a relaxing wildlife-inspired beach holiday.

We had a beautiful experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi. The resort is absolutely stunning, with a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, professional, and extremely accommodating. They genuinely went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and ensure we had a memorable stay. The service, hospitality, rooms, and overall experience were exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and left with some wonderful memories. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi delivered exactly what you hope for from a true five-star resort. The service was exceptional from beginning to end—warm, attentive and highly professional without ever feeling intrusive. Every interaction made us feel genuinely cared for, and the level of service remained consistently excellent throughout our stay. Our oceanfront villa was spectacular. The privacy, space and direct views of the Andaman Sea made the villa itself a destination. Waking up to the water and having that extraordinary setting immediately outside our door was one of the highlights of the stay. The food was equally impressive. We had excellent meals throughout the resort, with beautiful settings, thoughtful service and consistently high quality. Dining never felt like simply another hotel amenity; it was an important part of the experience. The spa was another highlight. The setting is wonderfully peaceful and feels integrated into the surrounding tropical landscape rather than simply being another part of the hotel. Our treatments were excellent, but what we appreciated most was the overall sense of calm. There was no feeling of being rushed or processed through an appointment. We could slow down, enjoy the surroundings and actually relax—the way a resort spa experience should feel. That sense of ease carried through the entire stay. Whether we were at the spa, having a meal, relaxing at our villa or simply enjoying the views, the resort gave us space to unwind while the staff quietly took care of everything around us. What stood out most was how well everything came together: remarkable natural beauty, wonderful accommodations, excellent food, a genuinely relaxing spa and, above all, a staff capable of delivering service at the level the property promises. The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi is five-star all the way—an exceptional resort experience and one we would gladly return to.

Where do I begin. We enjoyed a dream stay at The Ritz Carlton Langkawi. It is a cut above the rest. Highly attentive staff, incredible venue, brilliant food, it’s a 10. Our special moment was my wife’s big 5-0, combined with our 20th anniversary. Whatever your moment is, this is the place you need to consider to make it memorable. Arriving early we started out in a Deluxe Guest Room, it was sizeable, high quality, luxurious. Things got even better when we moved to our Villa. It was well furnished, spacey, airy, with a very decent pool and two decking areas for sunbathing against the most calming views of the sea. Plus, the magic of being surrounded by rainforest - spotting monkeys, giant squirrels, and the giant yellow beaked hornbill. It’s very quiet and peaceful, so ideal for relaxation. And super clean, with a housekeeping team that went above and beyond. The service level and surroundings make it good value, yes it’s not cheap, but it’s worth it. Each Villa comes with a butler service - they are SO helpful - it was the chef’s kiss to our stay. A wonderful venue, with an equally wonderful team. I’d go again. It’s a venue fit for a king (in fact as we were leaving a king was checking in - no joke!)

It is difficult to fully express how grateful we are for our stay at this beautiful resort. He ensured everything ran smoothly, both within the resort and beyond, helping us organize our activities and allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our honeymoon.
