3 star at best!!
Definitely not 5 stars, food standard at breakfast very poor. Late room cleaning . Took 4.5 hours to have room ready, Spa treatment was good.

Half Term Holiday
Our 9th visit to Secrets…I think the fact we have visited 9 times (in 3 years) speaks for itself! - We keep returning for a reason 👌 The hotel is what we consider “HOME”- each and every time we have been welcomed “home” like a member of the family 🤗. A welcome glass of cava, a hot towel and a warm and welcoming smile at check in. Thank you so much guys. Our room was beautifully appointed - gorgeous view of the ocean and the preferred pool area. Our board basis was all inclusive preferred- the preferred pool area was an absolute oasis of calm 😌. The pool was a beautiful temperature - the sun loungers were luxurious. The service by the pool was exemplary - cocktail list was extensive (I made my way through it 🥴 😆) Dinner - we ate at Portofino, Bluewater Grill and Oceana - Each restaurant had added new items to their menu since we were last here in April and I would highly recommend the following; Beef Carpaccio - Portofino Scallops - Oceana Steak (cut & cooked to your preferred temperature on your table top BBQ) 🥩 Service in all 3 restaurants was perfect 👌 BREAKFAST- we dined every morning in Portofino as part of our preferred club a la carte experience - Food - Amazing Staff- AMAZING 🤩 The best part of my day! Special shout out to the bar staff at the preferred pool- and the piano bar - thanks for keeping my glass full!! I once again want to make a special mention of Alejandro Borjes for providing assistance and going above and beyond - THANK YOU 🤩

Amazing hotel
What an amazing hotel! The staff are fabulous and can’t do enough for you. Special thank you to Laura in Portofinos and Laura Guest Relations and Portofinos, Majo and Walter from reception. You’re all a credit to the hotel. The pools are gorgeous as is the breakfast at Portofinos. I can understand why people return year after year!
