From moment of arrival to departure we were looked after brilliantly. The staff on reception, at guest services and in the restaurants were all lovely. It was my partners birthday whilst we were away and they made things very easy in helping me to make her birthday special. We had a sea facing room which was large, airy, clean and comfortable. The TV was huge and allowed you to load your own subscription services. The safe was not working on arrival but within 10 mins of calling reception someone was in the room and had resolved the issue. There are loads of pools and although the hotel was pretty full there was still lots of decent beds to choose from. We had booked the Preferred Club option and think it was worthwhile as we used the Preferred Club restaurant for breakfast instead of the buffet dining room and made full use of the dedicated lounge which provided snacks throughout the day as well as hot, cold and some alcoholic drinks. We used the Preferred club pool which was great but I’m sure the others would also have been. The spa really was excellent and although it was unavailable for one day due to emergency repairs the spa staff were super friendly and due to us having pre paid for unlimited spa access, they made a very generous offer by way of an apology. We played padel everyday, the court was well maintained and the booking system was easy to use. The other guests were all pretty chilled and everyone we spoke with seemed to be having a good time. Would definitely return.

Just what we needed, a lovely relaxing break. We were a party of 3 in a swim up, preferred room on an all inclusive basis. Our suite was very clean and spacious, with two patio doors to access the patio and pool. The team had placed a 3/4 sized bed in the lounge area, for our daughter, which still left plenty of room. We had access to a mini bar, nespresso machine, Spa bath, safe, two huge TV's, (with several UK channels) larger bottles of toiletries and little touches like crisps and chocolate wafer biscuits. The only room improvement I could suggest would be an electronic alarm clock with some USB charging slots. We tried most of the restaurants, all were very good, food and service was excellent. Loved the glass of cava handed to you whilst you were waiting for your table, there was no need to book in advance. Oceana was our lunchtime favourite, lovely fish and the chocolate mousse was to die for, Selene there, was always very attentive. Vast selection of quality drinks and a nice choice of no alcohol options too. The animation team were great, we loved Noemi's enthusiastic but caring approach, her yoga class was very relaxing. The guest experience team were all wonderful, especially Laura who was the person we had the most interaction with, she was always smiling and checking in with guests to ensure they were enjoying their holiday. We were told the hotel was at about 60% capacity, there were lots of sunbeds available at all times and we never had a long time to wait for drinks or service. The hotel has several cats, all appeared to be well cared for and friendly, we are cat lovers though and the little black and white one, Tippy, became our holiday puss cat! We will definitely return!

Another brilliant stay at Secrets Lanzarote! Location, staff, food, sun loungers, bedrooms, bars and proximity to airport and marina , all perfect and top rated for the best relaxed, pampered and luxurious holiday within a short flight from GB. Have visited frequently for the last 13 years and will continue. The staff are the friendliest ,most professional, and genuinely happy we have ever encountered.

This is our third visit to Secrets. We are always treated so well by all staff. We love the Spa and Isi who teaches us Yoga and Pilates. And, our new friend from Hungary who enthusiastically taught us how to make a cocktail. Also we love the hospitality team and a special call out to our maid who looked after our room in 623.

My wife and I went here for our 10th year wedding anniversary, a well deserved treat for my wife. Our first beach side holiday. Was definitely impressed by pretty much everything they had from staff friendliness to the amenities, facilities they had as well as the view. Amazing. We got the preferred club package all inclusive, so had black card to allow us unlimited food and drink to all restaurants and cafes there. Only two negatives that we noticed was 1. that the 1st time you get food at a particular restaurant they give you a fantastic service , i.e. fast, and good food presentation, but the 2nd time you go there - then not so great. This seems to be a trend for all restaurants they have. 2. evening entertainment is fantastic but only available for 1 hr. could be longer.
