5* all the way!!

Just back from a wonderful holiday here! We can’t praise them highly enough. Everything was perfect - the accommodation, food, weather - but particularly the amazing staff (big shout out to Carla ❤️). They were consistently helpful and cheerful, nothing was too much trouble. As a wheelchair user they made my whole stay so easy and enjoyable. We will be returning later in the year!! xx

Came here in early Feb to stay and had a very enjoyable visit. For an all inclusive resort the food and drink was very very good. The staff are very friendly and I would definitely come back here again.

Nice but not 5*

We enjoyed a 4 night mini break here. We are regulars to a fabulous hotel in Tenerife but flights to Lanzarote worked out better for a short break so we gave it a go. It’s inevitable you make comparisons even though you try not to. The hotel and grounds are lovely, very clean and comfortable. We were first shown to a room where the balcony had a smell of sewage so we asked to be moved. It was no problem at all and we were moved to a lovely room. A couple of minor issues with the safe door sticking and the lock not working on the patio door were fixed quickly. The bed was very comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. All the staff we interacted with were very pleasant and efficient. The hotel is a gentle 10 minute walk from a pretty marina with a choice of restaurants. We tried three and they were all good and much more reasonably priced than Tenerife. My only disappointment in the hotel was with the food. We were B&B so I can’t comment on dinners. Breakfast wasn’t great. There is a very poor selection of breads and pastries and no omelette station. All the eggs are cooked and set out on big dishes so it’s pot luck as to whether your poached egg is fresh and hot or lukewarm. It’s also pretty busy at breakfast and I didn’t find it at all relaxing. It gave off motorway service station vibes. Not a 5* breakfast experience. Would we return, yes probably, but only if it worked out considerably cheaper than Tenerife.

Going the Extra Mile

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

This Hotel was5 Star throughout, everything was spot on.Even the weather was kind, staff could not be more friendly our helpful. A special comment for two staff in particular, first Isabelon the help desk, it was no trouble to book a hairdresser appointment the near by town, arrange the taxi and later rang to ask if we were pleased. Second, we had a minor issue with our room I raised the point at the costumer desk, within minutes we had a new room allocated the Staff made it clear they would up lift all our belongings and place the exactly in he same position within the new room now that’s attention to detail. Special thanks for going the extra mile to firstly Isabel and secondly Ariam thanks again

Very nice but not 5 star

The hotel looks impressive and is in a great location near to the marina but the food is not of a high enough quality to warrant more than 4 stars overall. Although there are a choice of restaurants, where you can enjoy an al la carte menu, these can be full by 07.30pm so the only option left is the large buffet restaurant which inevitably has a canteen vibe and offers very little privacy as tables are close together. For that reason I would caution against going for the all inclusive or half board options and book B&B. That way you can mix and match and sample some of the local restaurants on the waterfront and enjoy the ambience. On a positive note the gardens, pools, availability of sunbeds, gym, spa etc. were all excellent and, although I can only speak for our room, the accommodation is what you’d expect for an upmarket hotel complex in the Canary Islands. The nightly entertainment was a pleasant surprise too and the different music acts each day gave the large Piano bar a lively evening atmosphere. There are great walks along the coast and If you’re a golfer I can recommend Lanzarote Golf which is a €15/10min ride away by taxi. It’s not cheap and the terrain can be challenging if you hit a wayward shot into the stony rough but for a picturesque and sunny 18 holes in shorts and a polo shirt (you must have a collar) it’s worth it. Allow around €140 for green fee, clubs and trolley. The clubs were well used but good enough. It’s cheaper if you go early or late. Overall I would recommend this hotel but don’t expect The Ritz.
