One of the best hotels in Lanzarote. We decided to go Privilege and we would recommend it. We had our own pool with the bar service which was lovely. The food here is amazing. We tended to use the Italian restaurant most nights which was superb. We had breakfast in the Privilege area which was absolutely brilliant. Staff all so kind and friendly. We had our mini bar stocked every day with soft drinks and beers. It is quite an expensive hotel but worth it if you are celebrating a special occasion. This was our second stay here. We intend to return again very soon.

Had a fantastic week here so peaceful and quiet, very relaxing. We stayed in a swim up preferred club which was fantastic. Lovely food and drinks and amazing staff. Would definitely come back .

I'm a convert to the all-inclusive sunlounger-flopping spa-going sunny break now! I really felt the hotel looked after us, especially when we arrived after dinner and were provided with a meal in our room without even asking. The April sun was hot, the winds delicious, the pools clean and peaceful, the bed comfy (and HUGE), the spa relaxing, the gym well-equipped.... and there was simply tons of delicious food that I failed to sample all of because my stomach isn't that big! All staff were friendly (shout out to Reuben!) and we did not want for anything. My advice is not to bother paying for the 'Preferred Club' or a swim-up room. Just get the normal half board (no alcohol included) and you'll have just as good a time. Buy a week's spa pass and go to the free cocktail making, and you're sorted for all your needs - bargain! We had a late breakfast and did not need lunch. Walk 15 mins to the marina and buy something small if needed. I had a wonderful time and will happily consider returning now I know it's high quality and there's healthy options for food when I need them.

Firstly I would like to say the staff are very good and the majority go out of their way to provide a great holiday experience. We stayed in the preferred club this gives you the ability to use the restaurants at lunch time and breakfast, additional branded drinks and a separate pool area. I would recommend upgrading. The preferred pool is small and for a swim you need to use the main pool. The check process for preferred was no different. We were advised we would be called when our room was ready. We did not receive a call so chased after 3pm. We then had a wait for our bags to be delivered. The drink choices were good, included some branded however some of the cocktails were premixed which I do not expected in a five star hotel. You also have a pillow menu in preferred something I have never used before but I did order a change as the pillows were not good quality lacked support. This was addressed when we ordered new pillows. The food was good but not always warm at breakfast when we ate at portofino. Ordering drinks at the Piano bar in the evening was slow as you cannot order at the bar and there is one waiter taking your orders resulting in long waits. The entertainment in the evening was poor apart from one female singer who was accompanied by a great sax player. The hotel is in a quiet area (which we loved) with well kept gardens and friendly cats who were well looked after. We were very lucky with the weather when we stayed in March with sunshine every day apart from the day we left. We would potentially return to this hotel despite it not being a true five star experience.
