Excellent stay
Location: excellent for me as I dont like to stay in the middle of a busy town. Atmosphere: peaceful and tranquil/chilled out Rooms: very clean and big Value: little above average Noise level: absolutely none Service: five star in every restaurant and bar, staff is very attentive Riccardo on reception very helpful. Reason for the four stars: Room needed a little TLC/uplift: extractor fan in the shower rusty, loosing wardrobe handle door, balcony balustrade need attention, balcony table and chairs no five star style, tennis court surface need attention/maintenance. Food in his hotel is the best, definitely five stars!!! We are going back in September :)

Relaxing hotel in a great location
Enjoyed an 8-night stay, breakfast only. Hotel was spacious, quiet and peaceful. Lots of room around the pool. Breakfast buffet was of a good standard, with plenty of choice, and option to eat inside or out. Room was large, with a part sea-view, and a huge TV. Gym was the largest and best-equipped I’ve seen in a holiday hotel. Dined in the hotel just once (the Italian, which was good). Otherwise we lunched and dined in the port (a 10 minute stroll) or Puerto Del Carmen (a €12 taxi ride). Both had a good selection of bars and restaurants. If you like walking, turn left at the sea-front gate, walk through Calero port and along the coastal path to Del Carmen (about an hour), or turn right and walk along the cliff-top path to the tiny village of Playa Quemada (a similar distance). Both walks require sturdy footwear and a reasonable level of fitness/mobility. The latter walk is less populated, but the views are stunning. Lastly, the hotel staff were wonderful. Thank you for a delightful, relaxing stay - just what we needed!

Lovely stay
Very lovely hotel! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The cabanas up top are lovely to relax on during the day. Gym gets quite busy from around 9-10am so best to go out or those hours. Rooms are a little basic but nice enough. Big TV in the room which you can log into on the usual movie apps.
