Exceeded my expectations!
Booked this holiday late in the year and had an bsolutely fabulous stay at an exceptional hotel with super staff throughout the resort, will be going again!

Our stay at Secrets Lanzarote Resort and Spa
Just back from Secrets. Booked last minute two days before travelling to it, two Seaview rooms for solo use me and my daughter so not coming cheap as no reduction for solo use. First time in Secrets although been before when another name. We had a lovely week indeed extended stay from five nights to six. Hotel spotless, all staff friendly and helpful, room perfect for solo use but small shower/toilet area with no extractor wouldn't be so nice with two using it! Also mini milk cartons are rationed to two per room! no problem I got a handful from the maids trolly most days. Great Spa and extensive gym, I used both. I found the pools just slightly warm but for me not warm enough to swim, I wish one was heated enough for this, I am old and would have loved to soak in a pool. Plenty of sun beds and towels. Snacks and drinks available all day, a bit pricey. Breakfast buffet was okay, I only read reviews when I got home yesterday and one I agree with hard boiled eggs were always soft and fried eggs runny on top. The evening buffet starts 7pm, just a bit late for us to eat and not being big eaters the 38 euros each a bit much but lots of excellent restaurants in the Port for a lot less. Walk to Playa Qermada is worthwhile nice village with a restaurant /bar in a lovely setting beside the sea. the path in a place is close to edge could be dangerous on a windy day. Overall Secrets is a lovely hotel

Second time here and will come back for sure. The place is quiet, well serviced , rooms are nice with balconies & good size.

Escaping England in November for some sunshine
Lovely quiet hotel, great atmosphere and superb staff. Room ok but not up to normal Secrets standards, all sheets and towels were of poor quality and toiletries nothing special. Hotel is in superb position for visiting the marina and small town. Coffee shop was great and Worlds Cafe was marvellous at all times.

Amazing Holiday Hotel Experience
I had an incredible stay at Secrets Lanzarote. The staff were so friendly, the room was beautiful, and the food was excellent. Everything felt relaxing and special from start to finish. I’d definitely come back!
