Lovely Hotel, brilliant staff, could not fault it.

Writing From the moment I arrived until departure, my stay at Secrets Lanzarote has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff are warm, kind, and consistently go the extra mile to ensure a truly restful and memorable experience. The spa was a highlight—an oasis of calm where I enjoyed several treatments, all of which were wonderfully relaxing. Dolores and her team are outstanding: friendly, highly skilled, and deeply attentive, making every visit feel special. Travelling on my own, I felt completely safe and cared for throughout my stay. Having recently been unwell, this was the perfect place to rest and recover in comfort and tranquility. Secrets Lanzarote has truly become my happy place, and I look forward to returning.

Secrets Lanzarote offers an exceptional blend of luxury and tranquility. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere feels calm and refined, with beautifully designed spaces .The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped. Staff members are attentive without being intrusive, always ready to assist with genuine warmth. The breakfast buffet was a verifiable feast with a wonderful assortment of beautiful food. We didn’t eat in the hotel in the evening so can’t comment. Overall, we would highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking a peaceful, elevated vacation experience. It’s ideal for couples, solo travelers, or anyone needing a true break from noise and routine. Can’t wait to return!

We have been coming to this hotel for many years now, not only as Secrets but also when it was named The Hesperia. It never fails to impress us. The stunning location, atmosphere and professional staff. The minute you enter the hotel you are impressed with the beautiful deco of the entrance hall and efficiency of the members of staff behind the reception and in front. A warm welcome is always given and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is perfect for not only couples, friends and family but anyone who wishes to travel on their own. Rooms are lovely not only comfortable but well equipped and if something is missing or required the staff will always oblige. Our maid ensured our room 568 was immaculate each day, supplying anything that we required or was needed in the room. The restaurants within the hotel give you a different atmosphere in each one and choice of menu, giving you a mixed variety, all good. The A La Carte restaurants are fronted by Guest Experience who are excellent and professional, ensuring you enjoy your meal, always making you feel special, Isabel and Valentine in particular . The World Cafe (being the main buffet restaurant) has an excellent choice of food and offers a different themed night at dinner. A special 'thank you' has to go to Isabel from Guest Experience who again helped us before we arrived and whilst there made our stay as enjoyable and special as it has done before. Isabel is a credit to the hotel, will go above and beyond for you and is totally efficient and professional but also makes you feel like you 'have come home' with the welcome you receive. Will definitely be returning.
