Isobel is superb and teaches both the yoga and Pilates classes at the hotel each day. She is super friendly and very helpful.

Good hotel
This is a very good 4 star hotel, not sure why it is rated 5 star, apart from their staff who are, but the facilities are probably not. I also believe they should change the preferred name for their guests who choose to have a better experience, (which is certainly is). Surely just Club, or Gold service would be more fitting than being a preferred guest. Feel the preferred name a little condescending on the other guests. Overall good stay, only did b&b, great breakfast, brilliant team. Would go back.

Amazing
Staff amazing, i dont remenber many names but all the staff were so nice and joesph helped us out with our bags this morning and the lady that helped us when we arrived was so pleasent and started us off on the right note, and all the staff are so helpfull, also the hotel is amazing only thing we didnt like is the temperature in the spa wasnt really hot the water wasnt hot in jacuzzi and pool, other than that its deffo 5* thanks a lot to all...

Lovely hotel with chilled atmosphere
We visited here as a couple in November. First impressions were excellent and this stayed with us through the week. Gardens, pool and communal areas are spotless and well kept. We were in a preferred room and it was spacious and clean. Bathroom could do with some tlc but adequate. Staff were friendly and always said hello. If finances allow then the upgrade to preferred is well worth it. Free drinks and snacks, separate breakfast restaurant with al la carte menu. Pool with sea view. Lovely 10 minute walk to the marina with a small but more than adequate selection of bars and restaurants. We were b&b as we like to get out in the evening. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel if you like a chilled vibe and relaxing holiday!

Definitely returning!
Stayed here for an anniversary trip and it was absolutely perfect. Beautiful hotel and location, the staff could not be helpful enough, and the whole place was just incredibly peaceful and lovely. On site restaurants were great for the evening, and breakfast was passable also.
