The welcome team greeted us well, with cool towels and a welcome drink, but we couldn’t see any Preferred Club check-in process that was advertised. The rooms are sizeable, with a lovely big bed, but many elements of the room seemed somewhat dated or poorly thought through. Our room had a sliding door for the bathroom which was a nightmare to open, the towel rail was above the toilet (didn’t seem very hygienic/sensible) and blocked the flush button. There were cracked tiles and mould in the shower too. Across the property there were other elements that needed review or repair, which took away from the otherwise really positive decor. One such example is the concrete expanse in the preferred pool area, which has a constant puddle and has worn away the floor paint. I would’ve been expecting more greenery in the non-preferred area too, versus their large concrete expanses. Food here was great - a real positive! Albeit, let down by a ridiculous system whereby nobody has a booking, and the maitre d taking ages to seat people. Restaurants open at 7pm - a time religiously observed - and then roughly one couple are sat every 2 minutes. If you aren’t in the queue by 7:10, then you won’t be seated til closer to 7:40pm. The team should look to use 15-minute booking slots or just let people sit, with a drink rather than stand. Drinks service was alright, if somewhat slow. Across 4 days, we were offered poolside drinks perhaps 3/4 times, far short of meeting our expectations from previous trips to other hotels. We liked this hotel, but it’s not a 5-star. We were fortunate enough to get the hotel on a mega BA sale deal, so it felt good value - although we would feel very disappointed if we’d have paid full price for it.

Very good hôtel with great staff. Everyone very kind and professionnal. All the facilities are great quality and so are the restaurants and bars. Thanks for everything.

A very nice adults only inclusive resort. There is not a huge amount to do in Lanzarote so a week long stay was fine. Spa was outstanding with excellent staff.

Gorgeous hotel. The amenities are fabulous. Staff very helpful and engaging. Restaurants all really good, great variety. We did preferred club and were more than happy with the service and extras that it gave us. The only improvements I would suggest are that they could do with more staff in the restaurants and bars as when it busy it can become a long wait and confusion with food orders. However, the staff that are there do there utmost to give the best service they can.

A beautiful hotel with great staff, the hotel is absolutely massive and it’s spotlessly clean everywhere you go. The vibe around the hotel is very chilled, ideal if your after pure relaxation.
