Second time here and will come back for sure. The place is quiet, well serviced , rooms are nice with balconies & good size.

Escaping England in November for some sunshine
Lovely quiet hotel, great atmosphere and superb staff. Room ok but not up to normal Secrets standards, all sheets and towels were of poor quality and toiletries nothing special. Hotel is in superb position for visiting the marina and small town. Coffee shop was great and Worlds Cafe was marvellous at all times.

Amazing Holiday Hotel Experience
I had an incredible stay at Secrets Lanzarote. The staff were so friendly, the room was beautiful, and the food was excellent. Everything felt relaxing and special from start to finish. I’d definitely come back!

Nice Hotel.
The hotel is very good, my only gripe, is the Portafino for breakfast, no matter how many days on the trot you asked the waitresses and restaurant manager to make sure your breakfast was hot, it always came out Luke warm, or cold, [ others have mentioned this, in there reviews ] after 5 days we gave up, and went to the buffet, the food was lovely and hot. Otherwise, it was a nice holiday, and I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Super Hotel, great staff, throughly recommended.
Second time at this Secrets Hotel in Lanzarote and the overall experience was as good if not better than last year. The staff are wonderful, friendly, happy and efficient. The hotel is really well maintained and clean with lot's of facilities. We had Preferred All Inclusive and everything from a wonderful suite to very good food were fabulous. There is nightly entertainment and most of it was very good. The hotel is well located in Peurto Callero, a short walk along the coastal path to the marina where there are shops, restaurants and bars. We throughly recommend this hotel, it is the best we have been to over the many years in Lanzarote. We are already planning our visit for next November.
