Really enjoyed my time here , so peaceful and quiet. It was nice to just relax and get away . Food was great although we only had breakfast and went out for meals. We joined the yoga session with Isabel , I really enjoyed that for a first timer . She was a great instructor and made me feel very welcome.

Amazing staff, interaction with staff from check in to check out was exceptional. I booked the all inclusive preference package, I travelled and stayed solo but was meeting friends at the hotel. The food was delicious and I thought the choice was good. I read previous reviews which said you often have to queue for restaurants as there is no booking system. This is true but they tell you to go have a drink and then they ring you when your table is ready, none issue for us. However, this is not a 5 star hotel. Maintenance is very much needed in rooms, very dated, paint peeling in balconies. Some of the communal areas also need maintenance and upgrading. If you have any mobility issues, I would advise that you request a room near reception/restaurants. My room was a good 5 minute walk from reception, not an issue for me but did see a few people struggling. That said, I would go back again, however I wouldn’t rush back. Lovely relaxing area of the island and a short walk from the port.

Reading previous reviews on this hotel had me worried but there really was no need to! We booked a double swim up room in the preferred club and honestly found it very hard to fault. We didn’t go to the world cafe at all as there was such great choice of food in the other restaurants! The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was great! The hotel is spotless. The swim up room was a real highlight! The pool is heated and feels very private when you are in it. We had an excellent massage in the spa one of the days. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this excellent hotel.
