Hesperia Lanzarote

Another lovely trip to Lanzarote Secrets, staff very polite and helpful, hotel room was very clean and spacious. Food in all of the restaurants was very nice and a good selection to choose from. As always would return here for a future holiday.

Everything about this hotel is perfection! The warm, friendly welcome from every single member of the hard working staff team. The hotel and the stunning decor and surroundings. The pool areas, bars, restaurants and cafes, spa, everything is maintained to an excellent high standard and from arrival we instantly relaxed. The food is varied, fresh and tasty, with an excellent variety of options available. The drinks menu and fees something for everyone. We were here celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and we decided to splash out and opt for the preferred option, really pleased we did. Our room was spacious, beds super comfortable it was well maintained and kept clean and had excellent views of the sea, just perfect. We took part on a couple of the organised activities, rifle shooting and Pilates, and thoroughly enjoyed both. The entertainment each evening in the piano bar was a lovely end to the day, lovely relaxed atmosphere, lots of seating options and great, varied entertainment offered. This was our first trip to Secrets but we will definitely return, thank you to all the staff for an unforgettable holiday.

Best views in Lanzarote. Secrets is right next to the marina. Carla and the staff at the Bluewater Grill were exceptional.

Really bad hotel and experience. Room was incredibly dirty (hair everywhere, ect..), some services were not provided and service was quite bad. We raised the issues when checking out but weren't offered a refund nor even a discount. I'd recommend Barceló Playa Blanca which we've been to afterward instead.
