The entire restaurant is kept spotless clean with friendly staff that will go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Highly recommend Secrets resort and spa, adults only hotel.

Absolutely fantastic mother and daughter holiday. The quality of the food was exceptional, the staff cheerful and accommodating, the facilities excellent. We appreciated the tranquility in all of the public areas, especially around the pools, and very much enjoyed the ability to dine in the different restaurants without the need to book in advance. We will definitely return.

Our first visit to Lanzarote and to Secrets and we definately made the correct choice. On arrival we were greeted with a smile and a welcome drink. The room was well positioned, well maintained and room service very efficient. There was no lack of sunbeds and the poolside service was very welcomed. It was good to have entertainment each evening in the Piano bar and again the bar team and service was impeccable. We had booked bed and breakfast although we ate evening meals a couple of times in the hotel which was very good. At breakfast we were spoiled for choice and all of the food was prepared well. All in all it is fair to say that the whole experience was a delight. The staff were very polite friendly and the service excellent. Well done and thank you all we had a great holiday.

Me and my partner stayed here for 7 nights and wow. There is absolutely no complaints from either of us, the staff were exceptional and the resort is just stunning. Being both picky eaters, there was a variety of food that we both loved. Safe to say we ate well. The entertainment that took place in the piano bar every evening was one of our favourite parts of the day. Quick mention of Roberto who made sure everyone had drinks and even remembered our order. The room was perfect with a stunning view from the balcony. Although the pools were a bit chilly on the windier days, we soon warmed up after a few laps. The location of this hotel was also very convenient by being close to the airport and only 10 minutes away from Puerto del Carmen which is full of shops and activities as well as a beautiful beach. The hotel is also a 5-10 minute walk away from the beautiful marina which holds a market every Tuesday and Sunday with lots of goodies. Overall I would recommend staying here and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! - beautiful views - clean - room were cleaned everyday and we got 2 small bottles of water and coffee pods for the room daily. OH and clean towels daily! - rooms are a great size - we were only b&b and the breakfast was lovely (we also took a coffee back to our room after) - all staff were friendly and helpful - calm and relaxing vibe - spa is great and gym is small but has a good few machines - the marina is a short walk and is such a lovely and beautiful place, it also has amazing restaurants - definitely recommend getting the app and looking at the activities, I did the beauty party and had free cava, a good amount of freebies and had a great time and learnt some good facial tips. My boyfriend joined and loved it as well - hotel will order a taxi for you which comes quick (around 12-15 euros to purto del carmen) - there’s a smaller food shop at the marina which is expensive but there’s a hippo dino which is a 10 min walk from hotel
