Hesperia Lanzarote

The best hotel we’ve ever stayed in the canaries . Welcome lovely , room huge and very very clean . Beds great , bathroom super - everything you need right there . Pool(s) superb as is poolside service . Food excellent - huge choice and lots of it . We normally go out to eat but there was no need or desire to do that . Entertainment very good and for most tastes . Overall , Secrets is a very very well organised place with very very well trained and motivated staff who all seem to be focused on making your stay the best it can be - and they did ! Thank you .

I visited Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa back in 2023, and after such a wonderful experience, I knew it would be the perfect place to book again for my sister’s birthday surprise this year. To make the trip extra special, I also arranged the luxury return transfers directly through the hotel, which made everything seamless from start to finish. The service was smooth, comfortable and stress-free, and it really set the tone for a relaxing break from the moment we arrived. From the moment we got to the resort, the hospitality was absolutely exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel special, and it truly made the celebration unforgettable. Seeing how happy and surprised she was made it all worthwhile! The food was absolutely delicious, and on the all-inclusive basis we were completely spoilt for choice. There was such a great variety and quality across all the restaurants and options available, it really elevated the whole experience. Most importantly, as she spent some time enjoying the resort on her own, she felt completely safe and comfortable being by herself. That peace of mind meant everything. A very special shoutout to Carla for her incredible assistance in ensuring my sister and I had such a great time. Her attention to detail, kindness and effort did not go unnoticed. She really helped create a memorable experience for us. Thank you to the whole team for making the birthday celebration so special, we’ll definitely be back again! 🌟

This was a nice hotel all round and the price we paid for all inclusive it was worth the money. The all inclusive had buffet and restaurants included to be far the restaurants were ok the Italian was a bit of a let down as we were expecting some thing special but ok Most top shelf drinks included During the day we chilled round the pool there was a mixed demographic of people young and old Smokers/vapers have designated area away from the bars bit disappointed like a coffee and a smoke Did not use spa as it was booked up . The sports bar was empty we didn’t stay in there The Entertainment was a bit dated, 50 year olds are ravers and party people so I got a bit bored, needed to be a bit more fun. All in all this is a quiet hotel if you love walking and fitness it for you

Was a great cheeky little break, seven days in the sun during our rather damp and cold February. We booked the preferred club room and mostly this was good but the club lounge food was limited and left out for a long time. Every evening that we visited the lounge there was no Cava (the only available alcohol) in the room and we had to ask, it took time for its delivery and although minor, it’s aggravating. Just popped in for a drink before dinner and something that you’ve paid for isn’t available. Otherwise we enjoyed the break and may well visit again.

Had a beautiful visit to Secrets Lanzarote. Hotel was beautiful, clean, calming and definitely a relaxing resort. We where welcomed by Walter at check in who was polite, efficient and very pleasant to talk to. Of an evening in the piano bar the staff where excellent and especially Roberto who made excellent espresso martinis are whole trip. Auril (sorry if spelt wrong) was such a beautiful soul with the most happy smile greated all guest and nothing was to much. She would great everyone with a smile. The entertainment team where also fantastic couldn't remember names. I would highly recommend this hotel for relaxed atmosphere, lovely food options and friendly well mannered staff. We will definitely be returning.
