Very comfortable and great service
We had a short break at Secrets to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We opted for Preferred Cub and were not disappointed, great service and having the Preferred pool, Lounge bar and Oceanic restaurant for lunch was very nice. We felt like we were being welcomed to the resort rather than just checking in, lucky for us our room was ready on arrival, and it was clean and spacious with the mini bar stocked daily. Housekeeping was also very good. The personal greetings in both the Portofino and Bluewater Grill was a nice touch and the service in both was excellent. No issues getting a sunbed where we wanted, probably more due to the time of year, but there were plenty of sunbeds around the resort so I wouldn’t see it being an issue. Comfortable sunbeds that were easy to move to follow the sun throughout the day. We will certainly be returning to Secrets for a longer stay hopefully sooner than later.

Good relaxing place to be all inclusive is a must
Just fantastic , food , drink, spa, entertainment and pools . Nice local walks and water taxi a few minutes away . We paid for the spa stay each, it was lovely. A massage would of been nice book early as you arrive then €2 extra on top of massage price €120 and the spa stay is included.

Relaxing in pleasant surroundings with great staff
This was just the best relaxing holiday. Hotel was beautiful and stress free. The staff were plentiful, well trained, smart and courteous. Planning a revisit next year

Excellent service and top level facilities
Excellent service - buffet, spa and gym all 5 star and staff really friendly. Great pools and good restaurants locally.

Not quite up to 5 star
Having stayed at secrets Mexico we thought we would try this one. Room was spotless and bed extremely comfortable .. corridors, not cleaned for days. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food excellent. I was put off eating one day when I noticed a small cockroach next to the food in the buffet restaurant, I informed one of the chefs who quickly removed it. Also a large one fell from the a/c grill in our room, fortunately landed on its back so we could deal with it. We tried the Italian a few times and found it very good. We could always find a sunbed even though some guests had placed items on the odd one but never returned for hours. The coffee shop was also good but half the time people had to wait for a member of staff to appear and serve. Had a pleasant stroll to the marina, very nice but many shops were closed and empty. Would we return, no because we try to visit different resorts each holiday.
