Very poorl. Just don't. Doubled bed - pushed together singles (pet hate). Patio door doesn't lock closed , no smoking outdoor on outdoor balcony - come on please give us some leeway, tired looking rooms .. it's just a souped up wannabe 5 star that reaches 3 star barely imho. Absolutely rip off, but .. staff are lovely! Coming from a seasoned traveller. I'm not even gonna try the food!

This was a fantastic trip (friends travelling for a long, relaxing weekend break in the sun). The hotel had everything you would need - and more! The staff are a huge credit to the hotel, everyone we met was so helpful. We enjoyed it so much that we have just booked to come back again in a few months (can’t wait!).

First hotel in a very long time that I couldn't find fault with it. Everything was 10/10 perfection. Already booking up to come back in October 26. Can't wait!

This hotel has a really odd way of marketing itself and very confusing for a single traveller on their own. You end up paying a lot of money for nothing in my view. If you pay for preferred I just didn’t understand what it is you’re paying for it didn’t allow me to go into the Spa you had to pay extra on so be careful.

Absolutely fabulous stay at The Secrets Hotel. The staff, without exception, are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them, they do a fantastic job of making your holiday stress free, relaxing and enjoyable. Our room 309 was in a preferred section with a love!y view of the sea and short walk to the preferred pool area. The room was cleaned daily and mini bar filled with beer, water, soft drinks and crisps (please spare a thought for us ladies who prefer a glass of wine after a long day of sun bathing:)) The pool areas are lovely and you can get free towels daily. There is such a relaxing and friendly vibe to this hotel, so tranquil. It is situated in a beautiful area, the marina, shops and restaurants are just a 10 minute walk away on a level path with no steps. We are in all the restaurants but our personal favourite was Oceans at lunch time, however the food is delicious in all the restaurants. A word of advice would be to speak to staff of you have anything you're not happy with it just for information. We had an issue with our neighbours smoking on their terrace and this was dealt with promptly. Like I said nothing is too much trouble, Carla is so attentive to your needs as we're all the staff. We've already booked to go back in September but this time AI and not preferred. So looking forward to our next stay and we never return to the same place that's how special Secrets Hotel is.
