We chose valet parking because my husband's knee needs replacement and we didn't want to walk too far. What we discovered was a long walk and $40 gone. We have used valet parking quite often however this was the worst experience! We were expecting to save the walking distance especially for $40. We will not use again

Overall disappointing service; only redeeming quality is their food is actually good. When we checked in front desk, agent was very friendly and told us she would give us a “great room”. Got one facing the highway, broken reading light, broken light switch panel, shower door was so jammed we thought we would break it or get locked in. Our normal “basic” rooms at the competitor next door are far greater than this room we had. Also missing 3 bottles of smart water from the bar - hope we didn’t get charged for it. And my biggest issue is the fridge isn’t for storage - fully stocked mini bar, no room for anything else. Add’l fridge available for fee. Housekeeping = nightmare. Day 2 we turned on the “service” light and room was not serviced; the wonderful Michelle came in at 1:30am to service it. When we called housekeeping to ask why it wasn’t cleaned and request services, they blamed it on morning shift. Next day, THEY LOST MY PAJAMA PANTS. Only thing good about this place is their food. Salt and ivy was fantastic and even their IRD was surprisingly good. But they also kept bringing us the wrong order - had to do it 3x to get the order right a for a Powerade! Overall for the price we paid, plenty of better hotels and services elsewhere. Might come for the food but will pass on ever staying here again. Salon services were standard.

Our room was ready and waiting for us, even after a 5-hour flight delay. Housekeeping kept our room looking its best. Everyone was very friendly. When leaving, we had a very late flight. They gladly stored our luggage for several hours. We are looking forward to our next stay in 2027!

Excellent staff, experience and rooms/accommodations. Great food, drinks, dining. All staff both on the casino floor, to housekeeping, checkin, front desk, concierge, bell hop, all wonderful. I LOVED their gelato as well!!!!

Beautiful resort. It was everything we expected and more. Spacious rooms and plenty of shopping and food choices. The only complaint would be the slot machines. They were very tight and after spending $200 and did not win a spin I refused to spend any more money at Aria!
