Amazing time, very friendly staff who helped learn games not played before. However big mention to Tida who showed us Pai Gow face up and amazing time was had by all Will revisit for her friendliness and helpfulness alone. A great ambassador for your casino

This place is the landmark casino of mgm and is so dated it seems like a joke. Might be time to switch to Ceasars.

I’ve always wanted to stay here. Room was extremely dated and bed in the “restore” rooms horribly uncomfortable and hard with terrible pillows.

Very busy but a lovely stay

This would have been a 5 but for the lack of complimentary water for guests. I get vegas is all about making money but for me, providing easy access to free or even just reasonably priced water is a basic and the least an establishment as esteemed as the Bellagio should do for its paying guests. We paid $7 a bottle in one outlet! On the plus side the rooms were fabulous. We paid extra for a fountain view and it was so worth it. Everything in the room was immaculate. Sensors on the fridge to charge for items felt a bit like the jeopardy of the roulette table though. We had 1 shelf free to store our own items and having skimmed the wrapper of a snickers with my hand to get to my water I feared the charge for a bar of chocolate I’d not had! All was fine though. phew! All in all we had a great stay and would definitely return a bit more prepared.

Absolutely beautiful resort, comfortable rooms, open, new games and well ventilated Casino with a host of great restaurants. Service was also impeccable as was the food.

Not a miss but far from Premium

We found the property to be quite nice aesthetically. Stronger smell of cigarette smoke in the air than other higher end properties like the Wynn or the Venetian/Palazzo. What stood out most was an overwhelming feeling of a limited service team/staff in all restaurants we visited, the pool area and at the front desk. Candidly, without exception we experienced long waits and very impersonal service (except with our server at Lago…she was excellent). While it is not a bad property, I do believe there are much better options on the strip such as the Wynn, Encore, Venetian, Palazzo, Aria and the Cosmo.
