I wish I could give this hotel more stars but I would be lying to people about that from my experience. 1st day I checked in, I booked a 2 queen bed room, but they gave me a 1 king bed room. I called on the phone but the operator couldn't do anything so I had to walk all the way back to the front desk to get it corrected from the coliseum tower. I had also paid for parking for all the days I stayed there and it says to use my room key to get in and out, but my room key did not work any of the times I entered and exited the parking lot. After the 1st time it didn't work, I had to walk all the way to the front desk again to get it corrected, and after running it through their scanner, it still didn't work. So I gave up on that and kept calling the interphone at the exit gate to let us out. To end our stay, we needed towels for our room, so we tried calling from the room phone to housekeeping. After almost an hour of calling housekeeping and front desk and going straight to the busy tone (even tried with the operator on the phone), we finally went downstairs to the front desk again, only for them to tell us our room phone was not activated. So we asked them for towels at the front desk but was told they had to ask their manager 1st. We didn't get towels until almost 2am. Everything that could've gone wrong during our stay, went wrong. We were so excited to stay at this hotel for the 1st time and unfortunately, i do not think I'll be staying here again. Don't get me wrong the atmosphere is great in the casino and all, but the hotel service was terrible and would not recommend it to anyone.

Nathan was amazing. He helped us check in and had the greatest customer service we have ever had. He is definitely a 5 star employee

Another Las Vegas trip started with a wonderful front desk experience from Tonia (even though my play in the WSOP was not as enjoyable). I'm sure that the majority of Caesar's front desk people are nearly as welcoming, pleasant and competent but I know that it is a 'slam dunk' great start of a trip with Tonia. A no hassle start of any trip does not always occur but when at Caesar's with her smile, laughter and good nature, Tonia has made sure that the trip starts off with no complications. It is always nice that she recognizes me even though she must check in thousands of customers as I only frequent Caesar's a few times a year. Kudos to Tonia for being a bright spot on this Vegas excursion.

Caesars Palace in Las Vegas offers a lavish, iconic experience blending ancient Roman grandeur with modern luxury. The sprawling resort boasts elegant rooms, a world-class casino, upscale dining, and spectacular entertainment, including headline shows and events. The Forum Shops provide high-end retail therapy in a visually stunning setting. The pools and spa offer a relaxing oasis from the Strip’s energy. While the property can feel crowded and pricey, the overall experience is worth it for those seeking classic Vegas opulence. Whether you’re here to gamble, relax, or indulge, Caesars Palace delivers a memorable stay in the heart of Las Vegas.

We stayed at the Nobu hotel, I did a separate review for that! The pool was great, I keep wondering how it was so cold, do they chill it? We rented a day bed and the service was great. Everything was super overpriced, of course, but that's how it goes at places like this. We had a lovely time, and it was actually nice that it was a sort of overcast day, so we didn't totally cook. The casino was fun, the restaurant choices are amazing, I hate the way they make you walk through the whole casino to get to anything, but that's also to be expected.
