Reviews for Caesars Palace

Vegas for 21st Birthday

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 22 hours ago

We travelled to Las Vegas celebrating our son's 21st birthday. Everything was awesome! Each staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We upgraded our room and stayed 5 nights in the Augustus Tower on the 30th floor. We had a perfect view of the Bellagio Fountains and the Las Vegas Blvd. strip. The room had two very comfortable queen size beds. The large bathroom included two vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, a Jacuzzi soaking tub, and a separate toilet room. Housekeeping did a great job tidying up after the four of us each day. There was minimal noise from outside or in the hallway. The elevators were quickly available, fast, and not crowded. Check-in and check-out went smooth. Our stay was an absolute delight.

not very accommodating

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

long line to check in. just kind of try and nickel and dime you. They pack the fridge with booze that you cant remove if you want to use it. and they will charge you $75 to clear it out. resort fee seemed a bit high for a makeshift too small gym and unreliable internet.

Do better

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

I'm sorry but Caesars has really been a disappointment. Their service, rooms and amenities are below industry standard. Rooms are dated, dirty and several things not working. $22 Kcup in room coffee is an insult. Do better

Rooms are dirty

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

We checked in on Monday and there was someone else's food in the minibar. They didn't clean it up until Thursday. Evidently, there was supposed to be a coffee maker in the room. The mirror is broken and the air is stifling. I don't think the A/C ever kicked in.

Do not recommend the upgrade

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

The most beautiful place in Las Vegas I do not recommend the room upgrade. The detail this hotel has is so amazing. Everywhere you turn it is immaculate! It is the excellence of hotrl amd casinos.
