Zenda at the front desk helped me get rooms near my colleagues. Great customer service. She took slot of time to make the arrangements.

Zandra checked my group in. She was proactive and asked us if we wanted to be near together. She made sure we were all in the same tower and same the floor to make it easier on us. She went above and gave us all a room of the fountain! She didn't have to do this but this just made our stay so much more enjoyable! She did everything with a smile on her face and was soo nice! Thank you Zandra!

There were a lot of people checking in simultaneously for the meeting. The process was efficient. Zandra assisted us and was absolutely amazing in accommodating our requests and going above and beyond our expectations in enhancing our time here. Thank you Zandra!!!!

Me and my wife were recently a guest at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the atmosphere and amenities. Unfortunately, during checkout, we had a very unpleasant experience. The staff member assisting us was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. As international guests who do not speak perfect English, we would have appreciated more patience and a clear explanation of the process. Instead, we felt misunderstood and unwelcome. Another issue concerned the minibar in our room: since we needed to store important medication, we had to temporarily remove some of the drinks. We did not consume them and placed them back afterward. Nevertheless, these drinks were charged to us at checkout – and when we asked about it, the situation was explained to us in a very rude manner. As we have always experienced excellent service and hospitality during our travels in the USA, this incident was especially disappointing for us. We kindly ask to take our feedback seriously, and we would greatly appreciate an apology or at least a sign of understanding. It is important to us that future guests in a similar situation are treated with respect and provided with clear information. Thank you very much in advance for your response.
