Reviews for Caesars Palace
Only one elevator works in the parking structure. Caesars is run down and smells like sewage in certain areas. They have took away Laurel Lounge daily water for Diamonds.

Meh.
I prefer foam pillows. The down pillows are too flat. The blow dryer in our room sounded broken when turned on and also the smell of burning plastic. The sink in the bathroom made a weird plugging sound after using the sink. We were told "We've upgraded you to a Pool View." It was in the Julius tower and came with a ROOF view. Ugh. So many issues. But the beds were comfortable. at least.

Great room and casino
First time staying in the palace tower and absolutely loved the room. Huge casino floor and lots of food options will definitely be back.

The staff were all incredibly helpful and the rooms were nice! Kiana and Ryan at the front desk were both super helpful and took great care of our group!
