Reviews for Caesars Palace

Caesars is the only place I’ll stay now

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 9 hours ago

I have been going to Vegas for years but for some reason had never stayed at Caesars. That changes now. This is the only place I’ll stay. Special thanks to Kiana at check in who got us in last minute and made for an absolutely wonderful weekend trip.

Never again

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 11 hours ago

The front desk staff was unprofessional and intolerant of customers. The executive suite was not serviced during my three day stay. The furniture and carpets are very old and stressed, the quality is not worth the price you pay. Never again will I stay there.

Anisha The Check In Associate - The Absolute Best

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 15 hours ago

The check in associate was awesome! Her name was Anissa! She made the total experience more than worth it. I explained why I was there and she went above and beyond to make the experience memorable for my family! Absolutely awesome! Alisha is the best!

Ceasar’s has seen better days

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 23 hours ago

The facilities are run down and in need of a refresh. There are insufficient staff on hand to meet the needs of the guests. We waited over 45 minutes to check in at a non peak time. There was a piece of paper on our floors elevator lobby that remained there our entire 3 night stay, they must be really struggling to find and keep staff that cares.

Highly recommend

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

My husband and I have started our honeymoon at Caesars palace and are absolutely loving it! We have been fully spoilt by staff, Rose W especially looked after us, upgrading our room for a very reasonable rate and also throwing in a bottle of champagne to celebrate our special trip!
