I was not impressed with the room at all due to it being not well serviced or maintained. Can't get it under 74 degrees, found tissue sticking out of the front door peep hole upon arrival, brown make-up smudges on a towel above the bathtub, wash cloth was so grey and dingy, mold or dirt along seam of bathroom counter where it attaches to wall - pics attached. The speakeasy is pretty cool :) Banquet staff was great, and the restrooms near ballrooms we well maintained. Poor staff not attentive at all so gave up and went to the bar for my $16 beer. Bartenders at pool did a good job.

My Family and I booked the Hotel in January as we were celebrating my 60th birthday, we thought by booking early it would confirm that we would get nice rooms together. We arrived at the hotel around 10.30pm. We were very tired as we had been traveling for almost 24 hours. We all checked in and was told that there was only 2 King rooms available and 1 Queen room. We were to tired too argue. I asked if we could have 3 rooms close to each other. I was told this wasn’t possible, we had 2 rooms on the 12th floor and 1 on the 6th floor. We were then asked for a deposit of $500 per room plus $312 for city tax. This was a massive amount taken from the money we had budgeted for our stay. We were then given our keys and directed to our rooms where we had to drag our cases through the busy casino and dodge all the guests who had been out for the evening. No offer of help to our rooms. The following day we were tired from our traveling and decided to chill next to pool. There were a few uncomfortable beds available or lots of comfortable beds if you would like to pay a large premium. In my opinion this is not a 5 star hotel. We have previously stayed at the Venetian and Mandalay Bay which was far superior. We were welcome and acknowledged that we were celebrating a birthday.

Great experience with my wife and friends. Good restaurants and great casino. My wife enjoyed the pool areas and said the shopping was fantastic.

For my upcoming birthday trip (at the end of September), I was offered an upgrade to a suite. After a few phone calls, Julie (aka ROCK STAR) had me all set up and ready to go. She was amazingly professional and quick to get everything taken care of. I can't say enough about this experience. Way to go, Julie! Caesars is lucky to have you! I am SO excited to celebrate my birthday in a suite at Caesars! Whoo Hoo!

Very excited for my stay here! Off to a great start with Kiana at the front desk who greeted me with a smile and answered all of my questions.
