Loved it! Perfect location on the strip, lively happy atmosphere, Beautiful large hotel. Check in was fast staff helpful and very welcoming , We upgraded to a strip/fountain view suite upon check in..The view was stunning, Rooms could do with a little freshen up, Little things like our draw cabinet /dressing table was old ,chipped and shabby and shower looked old , wear and tear here and there when looking close. Regardless of these few things we were more than happy with our room, it was a big room plenty of space really nice, comftable and spacious, bed very comfortable, bathroom a fantastic size with shower and large jet bath. Pools and grounds are all nice. I was shocked there was no security on the doors to the pools and anyone can walk in but great you can take drinks to the pool from your room. Plenty of sun loungers however not enough for all guests. The pool area gets filled up rather quickly in the morning so if wanting a sun lounger it is best to get to the pool first thing when it opens or you will be lucky to get a lounger. Many just laid on towels at the side of the pool in the afternoon. Loungers are all next to each other in rows with no room to put anything at the sides as the beds touch they are that close. We did try and get to the pool early so could get end beds for a bit more space and privacy but most people are in the pools majority of the time so not a big deal. Pools and ground are lovely. Casino and bars have a great atmosphere , when on machines the waitress came regular that we was never without a drink Casino was very busy 24/7 in july This place is huge Plenty of shops, places to eat, very lively. Loved every minute of our stay

Nothing but issues! Beautiful pools but half of them closed for no reason (despite hundreds of people with nowhere to sit!) and never sun loungers left as people leave towels on them all day. Also there’s Absolutely zero shade around the pool which seems ridiculous for the desert! The room we reserved wasn’t available so they gave us a different one despite us prebooking. There was also a half eaten burger in our mini bar when we arrived so the cleaners obviously don’t do a thorough job. Not overly impressed - I think the hotel is just too big to offer decent service unfortunately.

A bit dated resort, they charge people for everything also very expensive casino. Not the best in the strip. I paid 8 dollars for a small bottle of water insane.

This has been my best Caesars Palace experience yet. Thank you so much to Jose at the Diamond check in desk! He went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. My husband and I received a surprise bottle of champagne delivered to our room, for his birthday. All of the staff went out of their way to make us feel extremely welcome. The food was great, the staff was great, and the hotel was clean. I cannot wait to come back!
