Tonia looked after us the minute we arrived. She was so friendly and welcoming! We had been travelling all day and with all the people around the hotel on arrival, we thought it would be quite chaotic. How wrong we were, checking in was an absolute breeze with Tonia. She checked in on us, asking how we were, did we need anything, and at the end of checking us in, let us know of a couple of shows, as well as giving some directions. She was a dream - thank you Tonia, you are amazing!!!!

The only good thing I can say about Caesar’s is the friendliness of the staff. This is a hotel that is on its way down: toilet runs, lamp switches broken, ice maker doesn’t work, bathroom fixtures are rickety. This is not uncommon for the formerly good Las Vegas hotels, but this is not the venue that I first visited 40 years ago. Most irritating is that you are nickeled and domed — make that dollered and dollered— at every turn. Pay for a seat in the sports room, pay for a chair at the pool, $60 for an early check in and a $52 resort fee for which you get one internet connection (a second connection is $14.95 per day). Bar drinks are very expensive and the video poker setup is bad compared to the Venetian.Like most casinos, there are very few gaming tables and they all have high minimums. Oh well, Vegas is always fun but we will be elsewhere next year.

The visit was already on April 2025 but never too late to thank. We arrived late at night, exhausted after a full day of traveling. We had booked a standard double room. Since it was both my birthday and my daughter's birthday, the delightful receptionist, Christine V, upgraded us to the more than wonderful Colosseum Suite! The experience was incredible, and our holiday could not have started better. Thank you, Christine V, for making our birthdays so special!

We were welcomed by Seifer McQueen. He was very friendly and awesome. I would warmly recommend staying for a night or more! People here are just very warm and helpful, you will not regret your trip. On a road trip with friends, this was a very good decision stopping by.

Checking in with Rose W’s assistance started off my trip with a little extra positivity. Looking forward to exploring the area.
