RYAN made the experience so much better. We were on a floor in a room next to an elevator and he was able to upgrade us since he noticed it was our first time at CAESARS PALACE and he made sure our first time was the best experience in which it was now we want to go back and want to stay there again. Can't believe I didn't stay here before however the CAESARS REWARDS / SPORTSBOOK is so much better here than in other casinos since it is their REWARDS program.

Finding this place isn’t easy—the signage within Caesars is poor and confusing. You don’t check in at the main Caesars front desk; instead, you have to find the elevators and go to the 72nd floor. Unfortunately, the lighting throughout is so dim that even reading the signs can be difficult. One nice feature is that you must scan your room key and select your floor before entering the elevator (though this isn’t required for the 72nd-floor check-in). We were first placed on the 73rd floor right next to the only ice machine available for many floors, as well as staff storage areas. It was incredibly noisy all night. After the first night, we requested a room change and were moved to the 76th floor, which was quieter but noticeably smaller. Another disappointment: the in-room mini fridge cannot be used for personal items unless you pay an additional $75 fee—completely unreasonable. We ended up filling the bathroom sink with ice each day (thankfully, we knew where to find the ice from our first room) just to keep our drinks cold. The bathroom itself is spacious, but the layout is poorly designed. You’d expect a hotel of this level to have proper lighting at the vanity and a makeup mirror positioned near the counter, not fixed awkwardly next to the door. We’ve visited Las Vegas many times and the overall experience did not meet expectations for the price or reputation. We wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
