Had an outstanding stay at Cesar’s Palace! Moses P went above and beyond to make this stay a memorable experience, along with the impeccable ambience and amenities of this beautiful property. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Vegas

Ingrid was the absolute best hotel manager at Caesar’s Palace. She really helped me with a few problems I was having and made my trip spectacular. Five stars all the way for Ingrid as well as Christina who helped out.

Horrid experience at Caesar's: Early check-in -not free, $65 and they will "find" a room. Resort Fee: Doesn't really include anything. "Free" pool lounges are limited. But "rentals" are plentiful. 2 free wi-fi not sufficient if more than two guests with computers are rooming together. $14.95 after 2 wi-fi connections. Coffee: Yes, a coffee maker, but no complimentary coffee pods, $25.00 for 4 in minibar and the coffee maker didn't work! Restaurant pricing: OUTRAGEOUS, plan for $150 per person for dinner. The cost of 3 bagels and 3 cups of coffee is over $50. Cocktails: Start at $25.00. Fridge: Only minibar fridge, posted pricing or caution about how it works is hidden on small notice inside fridge door. Don't dare move anything in mini bar fridge, automatically charges your account. We were charged $22.66 for personal use of the minibar fridge to keep cool yogurt along with some H&H (for coffee we never could brew!) House-keeping: Repeatedly had to ask for towels for 3 women staying in room. Desk services or information: Talk to IVY! The digital assistant. They don't want to connect you to real people. Caesar's is no "palace". We did not feel welcome or made to feel comfortable to enjoy our stay fully. Constantly felt like our pockets were being fleeced. I work too hard for my money to be abused like this.

Our trip to Las Vegas was quite unexpected. My car was totaled in California, cutting our California vacation short, we rented a car and proceeded to set out back for our home in New Mexico as soon as we could. We drove into Las Vegas at 1 AM. I booked a last minute deal “Room Type Assigned on Arrival” at Caesars (literally as we were driving into town). My husband and myself were still feeling rather shaken up after our ordeal. Tonia, checked us in at the front desk and upon hearing about our accident set us up in one of the most comfortable rooms I’ve ever stayed in Las Vegas. We never really stayed at Caesars before. This room was so much more roomy and comfortable than our last stay at the Bellagio. After a hot soak in a jet tub, I actually had a great night sleep as the room seemed to be soundproof with blackout curtains. I have a new found respect for Caesars. Thank you Tonia.

Kiana was what made our stay perfect! She was pleasant and extremely helpful at the front desk during our stay! The rooms were beautiful and spacious as well as the entire hotel. We will be back as long as Kiana is there!
