Service was terrible. Most workers rude. For the money, there are better options. Why are minors allowed in the casino?

Visited the Caesars Palace Rewards Counter and was lucky to be assisted by Som.🤩 She was so friendly and made the process of getting my rewards card so easy. She even made sure I got a fantastic promotion. Truly great service that made me feel welcome. Highly recommend looking for her!👍🏻

Love staying at Caesar’s anytime I’m in Vegas. The service is great, the food is AMAZING and the casino is beautiful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Can’t wait to visit again soon.
