We stayed at Caesar’s Palace for the first time December 26-28. We checked in before arrival to save time The kiosk didn’t work and had to wait in line to get our keys. The keys didn’t work went back down stairs to get new key. That one didn’t work either. We ended up having to change in our friend’s room to make our dinner reservation. We got back to hotel around 12am, I waited in a the “guest line” it didn’t move for an hour and a half. Not one person was helped. The front desk walked to the back and not one person was helping. All the other guest in the line were having the same problem and have had it for several days. The only reason we finally got in our room around 3am was a security guard walked me and the other guest to our rooms individually and verified that we were suppose to be in the room. He used his key to let us in after 3 HOURS! The next morning I was told that the desk “ was fully staffed all night”. I stood there for three hours with no help from the staff. We got our keys 14 hours after checking in and I was offered a $20 voucher for our troubles. I will NEVER stay here again.

I have always enjoyed Cesars however this time our car never showed up at the airport. Our room was given away and at the New Year's event there were kids there and we were told NO KIDS ALLOWED! Guess it depends on who you are. My host made everything right as best she could and was top notch! Very disorganized New Year's Event!

For Caesars being a four star hotel, it surely wasn’t from our experience. When we got to our room, there was dirty towels in the nightstand drawer. There was a dirty Starbucks cup in our refrigerator. We had no wet are in the tree tray on the top of the dresser was broken. I reported it to the guest services and they just said they would put a note on my reservation OK!

Perfectly located in the center of the strip. Several other hotels and casinos within a few minutes walk. Bright, clean & spacious. Helpful & friendly staff. Excellent restaurants!!

I've stayed at Caesars many times in the past. This time with family. The room I booked was given away and I was downgraded into a very outdated and small room. Housekeeping did not service the room a couple of days during the stay and even when I called and was confirmed for service. Hotel staff were not friendly. The staff at Peter Lugers was very good and friendly. I will try another hotel in the future.
