Moses P at the front desk was a gem to work with. He greeted with warmth , helped me get a nice quiet. He was very accommodating. My room was spotless. I needed extra hangars and they brought them right.

Hell's Kitchen lives up to the hype. Must order the recommended 3 course fixed specialities which Gordon Ramsey chefs prepared perfectly: scallops, beef wellington and devine toffee pudding.

Clogged sinks, debris, no cleaning. No body wash for the entire stay. Front desk unhelpful by phone. Service has collapsed. Do not stay. Oh, and apparently their water stopped working upon us checking out.

Ryan at the front desk was great! We came here for our 10yr wedding anniversary and upgraded our room with a pool view. He gave us all the info we needed and was very personable. Great place to stay.
