Waited 45 mins to checkin!
Worst service ever! After waiting 45 mins, when I saw the receptionist, not apologetic so he said that "glad that you were not here at noon time, people had to wait 1.5 hrs". I told myself like wow, really, this is the ceasers' hospitality! I'm never coming back here again.

Easy check-in and out
Hubby and I spent a few days at Caesar’s because we had a show at the Sphere. We booked a fountain view room, which was so comfortable, with an amazing view. The staff we encountered at the self-check-in area were wonderful and went above and beyond. At checkout we had a great experience with Karen (at the front desk), shout out to Karen! We loved all the Dining options and would definitely stay again.

Donato was super helpful
I checked into Caesars Palace at the 7 Star registration with Donato and had a great experience. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole check-in process smooth and easy. Really appreciated how welcoming and attentive he was. Great start to the stay!

April at check in was great!
Just arrived at Caesars Palace Las Vegas and had such a great check-in experience. April was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and welcoming. After a long travel day, that kind of hospitality really makes a difference. Really appreciate her taking the time to make sure everything was set up for a great stay. Looking forward to the rest of the trip!
