Reviews for Caesars Palace

A nice stay in the heart of the action.

I stayed in the Colosseum tower in a Deluxe Room. This room was recently renovated and nice. The check in process was very slow and under staffed for the amount of people checking in. It was a fair walk with luggage to the Colosseum Tower. The signage wasn't great. You will be charged if you open the fridge. But you can get ice from an ice maker in the corridor free of charge. The pool area was fantastic and the gym had everything you need. My room was not cleaned and made until nearly 6pm after my first night and I don't think it would of been cleaned or made up if I didn't complain around 5pm. The resort fee is ridiculous as you don't get any benefit from it. Overall it is a fantastic complex that I think is under staffed for it's size.

good

As a first-time Vegas visitor, I was disappointed by the check-in experience at Caesars. The receptionist was efficient but purely transactional — no welcome, no orientation to the property, no acknowledgment that I was new. A simple "Is this your first visit?" would have gone a long way. The room itself was comfortable and the general service was solid. One notable issue: the noise insulation between rooms was poor — I could clearly hear my neighbor throughout the night, which affected my sleep. Great property with room to improve on the human touch at check-in.

Disappointed in expensive stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

First time to Vegas on a girls trip! Saved to splurge on a room for 4 days/3 nights at Caesars and disappointed would be an understatement. The room (on a non smoking floor) reeked of pot. If I wanted that I would have chosen a smoking floor. Asked for daily room service and didn’t even get one day of service. Asked for fresh towels and was promised they would be delivered, got nothing. Employees for the most part were rude (except for the cafe area). Maybe I expected too much?! The Vegas experience itself was great! Won’t be staying at Caesars again though. 🥺

Poor value - be ready ultimate nickel and diming

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Get ready to get nickel and dimed for everything!!! We got fast-talked into upgrading our room at reception so that we can be n the same tower as our friends (turned out that there were standard rooms available in that tower so the agent was not honest with us). We had terrible 5G reception from our room so really needed the “free” WiFi- turns out it’s only free to 2 devices and anything beyond that is an extra $14/day. Wanted to sit at the pool for an hour one morning - got there at 930 am and every single “free” lounge chair was occupied by folks who must know to get out even earlier and stake their claim. The room was clean but furniture a bit beaten up. The was a Keirig coffee maker but they don’t give to k cups - don’t worry you can buy their 2 person coffee service for $25. This was our first and will be our last visit to Caesars - great location but very poor value.

Natalie was amazing! She was so kind and informed me about everything around the hotel. My kids were exhausted from walking and she made the check in process fast and convenient. Best service by any front desk agent by far ! Loved her !
