I recentely returned from a business trip to Las Vegas and this was my first time staying at Caesars Palace. This place is massive and from the moment you get there you know you are gonna walk 10,000 steps everyday and get lost. I was anxious to get a hotel map and figure out how I could get some baring. The person who checked us in at the registration desk put alot of my worries at ease! Seifer McQueen was nice, charming and ridiculously patient with me as he explained EVERYTHING about the hotel, the conference center and the quickest way to my room avoiding the smoking in the casinos. He made the start to our stay AMAZING and I am really thankful. The room was lovely and comfortable, the drink and food prices were high but I didn't have a single bad meal so that makes it worth it! The tres leche french toast at Americano Cafe cannot be missed! I used the gym which was very nice including really great treadmills and Peloton Bikes. I should have used the link on my email to check out because it took a couple of days to get my room bill but besides that it was a good stay!

On December 8th around 11pm , the valet ( or whatever his position or title is I'm not sure ) in the back garage called me a C WORD ... His exact words were " YOU C WORD I WORK HERE !!! " Although I was not a guest of Ceasars , I am a rideshare driver and was dropping off a passenger , who told me she was staying at Ceasars . As I pulled in from the street , I then to proceed to make the automatic left turn that brings me to the rideshare drop off and the valet guy or whoever he is comes at my head on from the other side and makes a right turn in front of me as I am making a left turn towards rideshare drop off ... I lay on the horn because he almost hit me ! Then he has the audacity to yell loudly out the window , " YOU C WORD I WORK HERE ! " My passenger and guest at Caesars was shocked ! And so was I ... How can someone like that work at Ceasars ?? I thought Ceasar's was supposed to be a high class establishment .. I HAVE LEFT TWO REPORTS SINCE DECEMBER 8TH AND NO ONE TO MY KNOWLEDGE HAS CONTACTED ME . I LEFT A REPORT WITH TAYLOR IN SECURITY THAT NIGHT . SHE SOUNDED LIKE A YOUNG GIRL AND I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS TAYLOR . SHE SAID SHE WOULD FILE THE REPORT AND SAID THAT THEY COULD LOOK AT THE CAMERAS AND I JUST NOW FILED THE SAME COMPLAINT AGAIN SINCE I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM MANAGEMENT ... SO LOOK AT THE CAMERAS AGAIN ... MONDAY DECEMBER AROUND 11PM ... YOU WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENED . THE GUY WHO CALLED ME A C WORD SCARES ME TO BE HONEST . I FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE EVEN GOING IN THAT GARAGE ANYMORE .. THIS IS THE SAME GUY THAT CUSSED AT ME PREVIOUSLY ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO .. I WAS PARKED NEAR WHERE ALL THE RIDESHARE BLACK SUVS PARK AND I PARKED AND THAT SAME GUY CAME AROUND FROM THE SAME CORNER OR WHATEVER AND THIS TIME ON FOOT SAID " YOU CAN'T PARK THERE " AND I SAID " I AM A RIDESHARE DRIVER " AND HE SAID " I DONT GIVE A F WHO YOU ARE YOU CANT PARK THERE ! " THIS PERSON IS TOTALLY RUDE AND HAS NO MANNERS AND DOES NOT SEEM LIKE THE TYPE OF EMPLOYEE I WOULD EXPECT TO HAVE A JOB AT CEASARS PALACE IN THE GARAGE .

This review is just for the bar service. It would be one star except we went to a second bar that the service was excellent. Sat down to gamble and drink and the bartender completely ignored us. Then she was surfing on her phone for 5 minutes while we tried to get her attention. Finally had enough and looked for another bar in the casino. Absolutely terrible customer service.
