What Happened to Customer Service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 11 hours ago

Horrible customer service. Registration staff did not know where Peter Luger’s was located at Caesar’s. Requested a refrigerator when I checked in because I had items that needed to be kept cold. After multiple calls to guest services and housekeeping over a 4 1/2 hour period, was finally told there were none available. Note, I had to keep calling. No one responded to the multiple requests.

Gross, dirty, outdated hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 15 hours ago

Disgust is an understatement. Terrible hotel. The carpet was filthy, the walls in every hallway were scratched on both sides the entire length of every hallway and in some places the wallpaper was ripping from the wall. There was a large dark hair on the bed. A pillow in the armchair was ripped down the seam. Light fixtures were all crooked and/or broken, some with yellow bulbs some with bright white. Shame on you Caesars Palace! What a ripoff and awful time.

We had an amazing time at Caesar’s Palace!! I really enjoyed how spacious and clean our room was. It was an excellent location on the strip. I can’t wait to come back. Extra shout out to Cody at the front desk who was so kind and helpful with our check in process!

Incredible Stay at Caesars Palace – Best Fountain View in Vegas!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Had an amazing stay at Caesars Palace Las Vegas! I chose a room in the Augustus Tower with a fountain view and honestly… the view was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. Waking up and seeing the fountains from the room felt like a real Vegas movie moment. The room itself was huge and incredibly comfortable. I loved that it had a separate living room area and a table, which made it feel much more luxurious and relaxing than a standard hotel room. Everything was spotless and very well maintained throughout the stay. Room service was also excellent. It arrived right on time, the food was great, and the whole experience felt smooth and professional. The hotel itself is absolutely massive. It honestly feels like a small city inside one building. There is everything you could possibly need: restaurants, shops, bars, casino, pools… you really never need to leave the hotel because everything is already there. Perfect for a Vegas trip. The gentleman at reception was also very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in easy and pleasant after a long journey. Overall, such a fantastic experience. Beautiful room, incredible views, excellent service, and the true Las Vegas atmosphere. I would definitely stay at Caesars Palace again!
