Tonia helped us check in was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire check-in process quick and easy. She answered all of our questions with a smile and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Great customer service like hers really makes a difference, and we truly appreciated her kindness. Thank you for making the start of our stay such a positive experience!

Our Las Vegas trip started out perfectly with staying at Venetian 7/1 to 7/2. Our nightmare started once we stepped into Caesar’s palace on 7/3. We try to check in 10:30am, the front desk said, you can pay $65 or come back at 3pm. We came again a bit earlier at 2:35pm, told by front desk pay $35 or come back at 3pm. We got our room at 3:15pm. We booked an Augusta’s tower fountain view room at $600 per night. They give us a room 2688 that was about 4 stories from the street level looking out at bellagio and flamingo st with no real view of the fountain. The view from the room was of the shops by the bellagio and had barely a partial view of the fountain. Called down and waited in line to talk with several people because we were not satisfied with the room view as we specifically booked a “fountain view room”, everyone we talked to just said they are booked completely, nothing we can do. Which reminded me one episode from Seinfeld, about the whole point having a reservation is for it to be available. Our room was very old. The bathroom sink didn’t drain, had to call maintenance. Our room bathtub when it drains, dirty water came back out to the shower drain. Our towels were about 15 years old, thin and hard. Street noise made it unbearable to rest. The fireworks that Caesar’s place had were amateur at best which was extremely disappointing for celebrating 250 years. The fireworks lasted about 10 minutes with only two fire points on the roof. (Imagine in your back yard, two kids firing Roman candles) At Caesar’s palace, we experienced no hospitality, no accountability, and no service. Caesar’s doesn’t seem to care, about anything or anyone’s experience while staying at the property. Would not recommend and will never stay again.
