Caesars Palace

The hospitality is wonderful and Kiana who works at check-in was excellent

We attended the 60th anniversary Gala for Caesar’s Palace. it was a very special event.The food, drinks, and entertainment were amazing.

I wanted to say that the service and amenities at Caesar’s is the best and actually outstanding. I wanted to recognize two people who make the experience great. There is a host Kenneth Hou and in guest services Kristin Kunishige. It’s customer service and going above and beyond that keep people coming back and provide an enjoyable experience. Caesars has so much to offer from dining to shows to games and a spa. There is no reason to go anywhere else and before the staff is so great you will want to be there.

Great time . From Check in with Jasiah and Ms Q. They were fantastic as they knew we had 2 rooms. Rooms were great overlooking the strip. Mary Ann at Caesars Rewards remembered us from last time and checked for every offer we had. She was excellent. A shout out to both my hosts Cindy Saxon and Ted Mueller who always make sure are trips are great. At Caesars Palace, everything you need is at this property, from your morning coffee to 5 star dining.

It was amazing from start to finish. Kiana at the front desk was amazing!!!! She was awesome with food recommendations and understood the assignment of why my fiancé and I came here.
