Good location, good food court and restaurants available. Room service is now just ordering from what restaurants are open. Food is still overpriced, but not horrible and the time from ordering to delivery is pretty quick. When you order the food, a tip can be added, but I’m not sure if this goes to the restaurant or if it goes to the hotel staff that delivers the food. There are no refrigerators in the room. Everything is the mini bar is weighed. If you remove something or pick something up off of the counter, then you are charged for it. There is nowhere to put any thing in the refrigerator. You can rent a refrigerator for $30 a day that maxes out after two days at $60. We ran to the target got a Tupperware container filled it with ice and used that as a cooler. There is a Cvs and Walgreens nearby that you can go and get affordable drinks and snacks and then just bring them back to the room. You just have to have a makeshift cooler or put it in the sink with ice and a towel over it. The pool area was nice and chairs were available each day. We went there, but it was during the week. we stayed in the Palace Tower, which was conveniently located to the pool and near the convention center that my husband was at. The room was a little warm even though it was set on 65 with high fan the whole time, we also bought a small fan over at target for $15 and that made it more bearable. Staff was all helpful and nice, especially the Cleaning staff that worked around us coming in and out of the room and when we needed it cleaned. Overall, it was a decent stay, but definitely did not have the wow factor I was expecting being at Caesar’s Palace.

My husband and I stayed at the Caesar’s palace in Las Vegas. Tania was super helpful & provided great customer service. She even upgraded our room. I told her it was our first time staying there and she did not disappoint. 10/10 service. I go to Vegas often about every 3 months or so. I will definitely be booking at Caesar’s palace for my next Vegas stay. Thanks so much, Tonia. You were amazing!

Just got back from an amazing Vegas trip and wanted to give a huge thanks to both Justin and Jordan for making my special Birthday trip to Caesars Palace so memorable. From start to finish, everything was smooth, enjoyable, and well taken care of. This team went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, and it truly made a difference. Thanks again for the outstanding hospitality, we can't wait to come back!
