Taking the advice from hotel employee. Not staying at Caesar’s. “As if we control the horrible greedy penny pincher lack luster pompous narcissistic corporate mentality.”

Location - 5/5 Rooms - 5/5 Cleanliness - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Top of the range on the strip, if you want luxury and high end, this is your stay but be mindful of those ridiculous resort fee - the total of our resort fees equates to almost a night stay. Prepare to walk alot within the hotel.

Not worth it. Terribly long queues for check ins, room upgrade gives way worse view, choked sinks, and crazy expensive food. You can better way better blood and amenities outside.

We paid extra for a Premium Room at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, but the experience was far below expectations. At check-out, our bill included more than $200 in incorrect charges for items we had not consumed. These were corrected by the lobby staff, but this should never have happened. The room was not properly cleaned: we found old underwear in the bathroom closet, a used coffee pod still in the machine, no coffee cups, and the carpet had not been vacuumed properly. Housekeeping was requested daily but only partially completed. We also had to contact maintenance for a defective jacuzzi faucet and request replacement towels. We sent a detailed complaint with photos after our stay, but Caesars Palace never replied or even acknowledged it. Very disappointing for a hotel of this reputation and price level.
