I wanted to take the time to leave a review for a wonderful employee who works for Caesars. Rosa @ Vip is OUTSTANDING. If it wasn't for her we would not have been treated like we were given EVERY possible opportunity when we checked in. She goes above and beyond and I am taking the time to write only because of what an amazing start to our trip it was because of HER !

I spent over $400 on a lunch buffet and was charged $50 for parking-total ripoff. I will never patronize and of the Caesar's properties again!

Don’t think twice- stay there! If you’re not part of the rewards program, you should join to earn points for free room nights!!! Oh and win big bucks too- like I did!!!
