Overall disappointing but some good points
Arrived with the family. Only place in vegas we have ever stayed that would not let you check in a minute early unless you paid them and upgraded your room. Not the best start. We waited, signed in on app and got our room after ten mins. Hot water was not always working and when we called down to say they told us to run it for ten mins - not exactly what you would expect. Pool was very nice with lots of choice. Casino was nice, waitresses were fantastic.

Amazing and will be back!
Amazing! Came here for a concert and anniversary trip with my husband. From the help from staff to get us to where we needed to the service has been 10/10. Kiana at check in was so kind and helped give us directions to our room and was so friendly.

The most fabulous Vegas atmosphere!
Our stay at Caesar's Palace was wonderful. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was beautiful, the pool was great, and we had a blast gambling on the casino floor.

Beautiful hotel and casino wonderful view
I stayed at Caesar’s Palace for my birthday weekend. I checked in September 1 and checked out September 3. Elena was remarkable. I really enjoyed her customer service. Very sweet, made the checking in process the most comfortable for us explained answers to questions I had marvelously. I spoke to the manager in person and I couldn’t wait to give her a review because customer service is very important and I see she is doing a great job. I only took long because I couldn’t find the TripAdvisor card and I wanted to ensure her name was spelt correct correctly. Thank you once again and congratulations on the new pregnancy. I hope you get promoted soon.
