Traveled from the East Coast and along with the stress of flying and time change-went to the dreaded process of checking in. Salvador A met us with a huge smile and the best customer service imaginable. He was great at the process and made us feel so welcomed. I had been to Vegas many times and it’s so great to be greeted with such warmth and kindness.

Another amazing stay at Caesar’s palace. Everything from my room to the staff and the restaurants were excellent. The vip manager at the vip seven stars Justin McBride was amazing. Justin made sure my stay was a vip experience. Justin was there for me from check in until check out giving me a red carpet feeling that I only get at Caesar’s in Las Vegas. People like Justin McBride and his desk agent Jorden make you feel like your part one big family at Caesar’s. This makes me come back to Caesars in las Vegas regularly. Thanks Justin McBride for making my stay amazing. I love this place.

Had an amazing stay! Hitomi at the front VIP desk was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming and professional. She got us checked in quickly! She was absolutely outstanding with her service! Way to go Caesars! Five stars! To Hitomi big time!!

The positives: Very clean rooms and public areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Nice on site parking garage. Fun walk to the Forum Shops and many great dining options. The negatives: The main pool was closed due to “not enough staff” all 3 days!!! We were not advised of this on check in. Along with the big pool closure guests were not even allowed to sit in the complimentary chairs there - so numerous guests who came to enjoy the “Garden of the Gods” pool area ended up leaving and were very unhappy at nowhere near enough complimentary chairs. Of course the deluxe chairs and cabanas were plentiful because you had to pay a lot for them. Ridiculously LOUD PUMPING MUSIC everywhere within Caesars now. The pool area was crazy loud many guests complained but were told there was nothing to be done. People left due to loud thumping disco music. No way you can relax. Why??? Even walking down the halls you had to shout to be heard. Come on Caesars you can do better. The cigarette smoke everywhere in the casino /resort was nauseating. We stayed in the VIP Palace tower suites. We were happy to see the Keurig coffee pot only to find out no pods were provided UNLESS you paid $10.99 for them. We lifted up the box of pods mistakenly thinking we could make coffee then saw we would have to pay so put the box down again but were charged anyway. No microwaves on the rooms. If you dare to say no to a valet you must haul your own luggage to your room and are not allowed to use the carts. There are no ramps on the stairs (isn’t this required via handicap accessible regulations?) so you have to physically lift/hoist your suitcase up and down the stairs. Basically the message is that if you fail to use and pay the valet you will be punished. No magnifying makeup mirrors in the rooms even the 600 dollar a night rooms like ours. I called and requested one but never got one. Overall it’s clear that everything is strategically planned to separate you from your money but - it’s still Caesar’s and we will be back.
