Twenty-six of the fifty largest hotels in the world are in Las Vegas. Why, then, is The Cromwell Las Vegas causing such a stir? Clocking in at just 188 rooms, it stands in the shadows of neighboring Bellagio, Caesars Palace and Bally’s. And that is exactly why it’s so appealing to guests seeking the intimate, refined experience of a boutique hotel right in the throbbing heart of the Vegas Strip. There’s a touch of a vintage bordello feel to the hotel, accentuated by leather headboards, vampy damask wallpaper and classic showgirl sketches.

Stopped by the Cromwell last week to see Angelina, the best bartender in Vegas! She always makes us feel welcome (hello lemondrops!) and we made sure to hit the Cromwell just because we get to chat with her. She's a gem! We ended up spending a couple hours playing video poker there - perfect way to spend a Thursday!

Very outdated hotel, location was great. Would not stay there again. Not a lot of food options at the hotel/casino, just Starbucks and Giada’s (very pricey)

Rooms are very noisy and you can hear everything from people walking down the halls to music/ TV playing in 2 rooms away. The room was not clean at all. A sock was right under the chair in the room and a pair of shoes under the edge of the sofa.. both easily seen and should have been easily cleaned up if they had cleaned the rooms properly.

The Cromwell casino is small. The variety of slot games is not great. I played a couple of slot games and did not win anything. Drink service was nonexistent.

The whole experiece was disappointing. When we tried to check in less than an hour before 4:00 pm, their check in time, they wanted to charge us extra if we wanted to check in in early. The staff I dealt with seemed indifferent, not terrible but not friendly or helpful either. The rooms are OK but the furniture is worn out. There was nothing about the hotel that would bring me back again.
