Twenty-six of the fifty largest hotels in the world are in Las Vegas. Why, then, is The Cromwell Las Vegas causing such a stir? Clocking in at just 188 rooms, it stands in the shadows of neighboring Bellagio, Caesars Palace and Bally’s. And that is exactly why it’s so appealing to guests seeking the intimate, refined experience of a boutique hotel right in the throbbing heart of the Vegas Strip. There’s a touch of a vintage bordello feel to the hotel, accentuated by leather headboards, vampy damask wallpaper and classic showgirl sketches.

We just visited the Vanderpump hotel. It was very impressive! All of Lisa’s choices are stunning, it’s definitely first class! We stayed for several hours because the atmosphere was so amazing! We checked out the Gigolo bar and sat at the bar to gamble. We were greeted by Robert the best bartender we have ever had, he made our experience very enjoyable. We had such a great time we went back the next day and he remembered our names and treated us with the highest hospitality, again. We also met Kayla and Brent. They all made us feel very welcomed. And the drinks were amazing! I can’t give enough praises for the experience, I can’t wait to go back.

The Vanderpump Hotel is our new favorite place to stay in Vegas. Everything was absolutely fantastic! The decor is beautiful. The staff was super engaging. The pool was beautiful. The sushi we ordered at the pool was delicious. We literally have zero complaints.

Great vibes at Vanderpump, particularly at the Gigolo bar right when you walk in. Drinks were some of the best I've had in vegas (great snacks too), with an exceptional bartender Robert who made our night. Thanks Robert!

Great design of the revamped hotel, great casino floor and bars. The pool area at the time we visited had plenty of free seats we took full advantage of, unfortunately the cocktail hour ruined the vibe. Single bar server who I thought was rude as was who I believe the bar manager - cocktail hour isn’t actually a cocktail hour it’s two drinks per person. Both red and wine options were horrible. The blueberry lemonade was great. When I went back to get a red wine was told about the two drinks per person so paid for the Pinot Noir $24 bucks with tip and the wine was terrible no Vanderpump options ? Beutiful hotel with a few things left to update (I’m sure will happen) but cancelled the other two nights and going elsewhere - cheaper options in this location and unfortunately the staff have just been not welcoming - will give props to the guy at the bottom of the pool elevators and the girls that welcome you at the pool. Also hot tip visit Total wine to stock up on Vanderpump rose !! Before checking in.

Valet staff and service was perfection--professional & high level attentive service-oriented in communications, demeanor, customer interest and actions. One red-haired staff member intervened appropriately, calmly & quickly when I was intrusively approached by an unknown man/possible vagrant at checkout in the Valet waiting area, and I was incredibly grateful for his intervention & concern for my safety--his actions were textbook perfect and diffused the situation quickly and safely. The rest of staff was disastrous in training, cust service aptitude and expression, mini-frig not working and ensuing resolution was to leave (while I was out for 4.5 hrs) a new one in the AISLE of my room unplugged along with another regular frig unplugged--both never worked and mini-bar frig contents were left a mess and a beer was broken in the process. I spent a couple hours of my stay attending to this, including a 10.30 pm maintenance call & visit to get the frig out of the aisle and the mini-bar haphazard display as a result was never corrected & both fridges never were even cool. I took pictures of everything. Overall, hotel is cluttered, dark, creepy, no outdoor spaces at ALL except for rooftop pool which doesn't open until 10 and tiny casino. Staff at front desk was unconcerned & disinterested in performance as well as with any issues expressed and got repeated conflicting or no policy statements/hotel info from front desk, HK and Guest Services. Mini-bar price list did not match what was in the contents, so had to call to make sure I was not charged for listed items that were not there. Except for the excellence of the Valet staff, this hotel should be the budget end of Caesars with their current staff, standards and offerings as it is nowhere close to high-end as they currently tout and price. I will NEVER stay there again even if I was paid to do so. I would, however, park my vehicle in Valet--I applaud the Valet staff wholeheartedly.
