Great stay
Hotel is beautiful, it even smells good. Rooms are large and kept clean with daily housekeeping offered. I liked that your key card would only allow you to get off on your floor. It is on the far end off the strip, but since it is connected to the Mandalay Bay, you can ride the tram to get a little closer down.

Some good some bad
This place lacked customer service. Our safe wasn’t working the whole time and they expected us to sit around and wait for hours for somebody to come fix this for us, and didn’t seem to express any concern when we said we want to leave. The bathrooms at neighbouring hotel rooms were loud and you can hear toilets flushing, and water running through the walls. I expected this place to be quite fancy. The rooms itself were nice, but they weren’t as spacious as I thought, Vegas can do better than this. The pools and lazy boy river made up for everything.

Fun and work
Fantastic stay and service at front desk wonderful

Carelessness and neglect by hotel and staff
Ongoing construction causes elevator to malfunction, dropped and lurching stop of elevator caused medical issue for both me and husband in one incident. Staff said all they can do is take a security report. No offer of ice or even concern. In fact made us wait in line while injured to give a report.
