Not the W Hotel Experience one comes to expect
Do not go if expecting W standard. I booked thinking was a W Hotel experience, but W pool was closed even though sunny/80 degrees & Mandalay Bay’s wave pool was open, where they make you pay for lounger with umbrella, and “free chairs” there packed like sardines, no umbrella nor tables in the back full of families. Also, you must walk very far distance from W to Mandalay Bay pool. No security at pool and definitely not luxury W experience at all. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Great hotel!
Love this hotel. Spacious and beautiful. All requests for service was promptly attended. Checkout was simple. The suite concept with additional bathroom is very convenient when traveling with a friend and family. Will always stay at this suite hotel.

Haven for Sports Fan
The W Las Vegas is ideal accomodation for sports game attendees, given it's convenient location adjacent to Allegiant Stadium. Guests can easily access other MGM hotles via free TRAM for shopping and dining purposes. The front desk staff Maria, provide exceptional hospitaliry, making guests feel welcome upon arrival. Our corner suite on the 22nd floor was impeccably mantained and offered breathtaking views of Las Vegas Skyline. Transportation to and from airport is readily available with Share ride service taking under 20 minutes drive and costing less than $20. A variety of shows are available at a minimal cost. Alrhough we did not play to Casino facilities, the hotel overall aminites service make it an excellent choice for sports enthusiats, shoppers, foodies and those seeking entertainment. We will come back

Great customer service and nice suites
It has been my Birthday celebration stay and I was really glad with level of customer service at W Las Vegas. It's not a brand new hotel but after renovation has still nice suites and very good customer service. As an Ambassador Elite with Marriott I was upgraded to the Penthouse Suite and received free restaurant gift vouchers Thanks to Emilia from Elite Customer Service. Elite Lounge with a free wine,snacks and coffee is also one more thing on the top of that. See you next time at W !

Happy I chose W
Great stay at the W. Rooms are very large. The shower water pressure is fantastic. Friendly staff and the hotel connects to Mandalay Bay for easy access to tons of restaurants, the convention center at Mandalay and casino.
