The experience it was good

Everything was spectacular or it was fantastic. I would like to get that room next time.

Water

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

I have always stayed here , this hotel is my first choice. However this time I ran into two problems . The shower water was scolding hot with no choice of cold or even lukewarm water. I had to step out and turn on the cold water in tub to get the shower water to even cool it down. Then on the way out the power in lobby was out and they had an employee with a flashlight guiding us out . That was an interesting experience….

Great beds and expensive coffee

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

Overall, a nice room with lots of space, good AC, and super comfortable beds. It was clean and safe. The room itself did smell of cigarettes throughout, likely due to the carpets, which was a bit of a nuisance, and the value was mediocre - particularly the in-room coffee, which came to a whopping $16 USD for two Keurig pods with no clear signage that this would incur an additional fee (whereas most hotels I have stayed at include this as an amenity). Service was good, noise was quiet, and atmosphere was upscale, all of which were nice. A bit annoying that it is a Marriott brand that I booked through Marriott, but since everything in Vegas it seems is run by MGM I couldn't use any of my status perks here. I would consider staying again but would be more diligent in understanding what in that room is included vs not.

They gave me a way overpriced room without understanding my situation and only needing it for a couple hours.

We really enjoyed our stay at W Las Vegas! The room was very nice and spacious, with plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. We especially loved the large bathroom and the overall layout of the room. Everything felt open and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
