The Fontainebleau hotel experience was flawless, especially with the need for accessible services. We pretty much stayed at the hotel exclusively and leaned hard into many of the offerings. From the viewpoint of making things not just easy, but enjoyable for a person needing extra services, they excelled. I used their concierge to request things like an accessible adjoining suite and room, airport transportation, mini fridge, and microwave. Everything was set up in the room at check in. We had an accessible mountain/strip view suite and adjoining room on the 53 floor. (Caveat: a lot of the strip view was of Circus Circus and Resort World, but you could also see the Sphere!) We loved the suite for a central gathering point for our group. Dinner first night was at The Tavern - no complaints there and we caught some of the NBA playoffs. Tuesday we had a cabana booked in the 21+ area poolside for the day. Absolutely great service, food and beverage. It was a windy day so we had that pool mostly to ourselves. We were concerned we couldn’t hit the $600 minimum spend but that fear was unfounded! Tax and tip was an additional $150 for those that want to know these things. Dinner was at Korean BBQ KYU at Fontainebleau. We took our servers suggestions and ordered family style so tried a good percent of the menu. It was a terrific experience - drinks, wine, meal and service. Approx $100 pp inc tax and tip. We spent Wednesday at the Fontainebleau pool again, sans cabana, and had lunch poolside. Definitely busier but it was easy to find places to accommodate our group. I would absolutely recommend this resort property!

Great room and facilities, friendly staff, enjoyable casino, but poor cleaning - a condom wrapper by the side of one of the beds was reported and resolved with a $50 F&B credit, but then the resulting condom was found by the side of the other bed afterwards. If I'm honest, not a great start to the trip.

I attended the WWE event at Fontainebleau and had purchased designated wheelchair-accessible seating along with a companion seat. Upon arrival, we were shocked to be directed to sit in the aisle walkway, as our allocated seats had been covered—apparently to make the venue appear full on the telecast. My son remained in his wheelchair, while I was given a dining chair to sit on. Due to back pain, I moved to an adjacent empty lounge chair, which remained unoccupied throughout the show. A staff member then approached, yelling at me to return to my seat. I explained that my seat had been covered and was inaccessible. I was told the lounge chairs were for VIPs only, despite them remaining empty. Another attendant also insisted I move. I refused until we were provided the seating we paid for. I lodged a complaint with Guest Services, as this experience felt discriminatory and disrespectful. I was promised follow-up from Dakota in Customer Service, but no one ever contacted me. Both the venue and event organiser passed blame. The treatment we received—particularly as guests with accessibility needs—was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

The floor service was lacking. The selection of machines were fine. It's a large casino so you have plenty of room. The perfume sometimes will drug you crazy. The employees did seem like to like to stand around and talk to each other really hated to bother them
