I have no complaints. Everything was perfect from the check in staff pool area and most importantly the room. I would definitely stay again

Found the property personnel to be so accommodating and friendly felt like vegas back in the day. Special thanks to our check in guy Oscar A++... Genuine a great experience. But nothing could top our exceptional server at the cabana, by the pool Ellie . Heard she was an award winning server and she was truely amazing!!!

No longer able to confidently recommend

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

As a Las Vegas native, community leader, and professional who regularly recommends hotels, restaurants, and experiences to clients, colleagues, and visitors, I rarely leave negative reviews. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Fontainebleau Las Vegas fell well below the level of service one would expect from a luxury resort. I booked my stay through Fine Hotels + Resorts, which includes a guaranteed 4:00 PM late checkout benefit. While the late checkout itself was noted on my reservation, it became evident that there was a significant breakdown in communication between the front desk, housekeeping, and resort services. Shortly after 9:00 AM, well before the standard 11:00 AM checkout time, housekeeping arrived to ask when I planned to depart. Later, while I was at the pool, my daughter attempted to access our room and discovered that our keys had been deactivated. Not only could she not access the room, but she was also unable to access the pool area because the room key was required for entry. What should have been a simple issue to resolve quickly turned into an unnecessary and frustrating ordeal. When I contacted Resort Services, I was told I would need to either return to the front desk myself or wait indefinitely for someone to assist, with no timeline provided. My daughter was effectively stranded without access to our room or resort amenities. The most disappointing part of the experience was my interaction with Sheila in Resort Services. She demonstrated a concerning lack of empathy, professionalism, and understanding of the situation. Rather than reviewing the reservation details before responding, her first question was whether I had paid for a late checkout. Only after further discussion did she realize the reservation was booked through Fine Hotels + Resorts and included the benefit. Even then, there was little sense of urgency regarding the inconvenience and safety concerns created by locking a guest out of their room before departure. In contrast, Ahmed at the front desk handled the situation professionally. He listened, understood the concern, and genuinely attempted to make things right. I appreciate his efforts and believe he demonstrated the level of hospitality expected from a luxury property. However, the larger issue remains. Luxury hospitality is not defined by architecture, amenities, or marketing campaigns. It is defined by service, communication, and leadership. The disconnect between departments and the lack of empowerment demonstrated by certain members of leadership were alarming. As someone who has long supported this property and frequently influences where visitors, clients, and business associates choose to stay, it is disappointing to say that Fontainebleau has lost my confidence. In a market as competitive as Las Vegas, exceptional service is not optional. It is the expectation. My hope is that management uses this feedback as an opportunity to invest in staff training, accountability, and guest care. Until then, I can no longer confidently recommend or support this property.

The Best!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

The Fontainebleau Las Vegas exceeded all of my expectations. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and incredibly clean. Everything feels brand new, and the entire property is maintained to a very high standard. One thing I really appreciated was that the hotel never felt overcrowded or overly busy, which made the experience much more relaxing compared to other Las Vegas resorts. The staff was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond by upgrading my room right away, which was a fantastic surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are stunning, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels luxurious from the moment you walk in. After staying here, I honestly wouldn’t choose any other hotel in Las Vegas. Fontainebleau has become my go-to hotel, and I look forward to coming back every time I visit Vegas. Highly recommended!

An excellent stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We spent 7 nights at FB. We had the bleau king room which was superb, the bed was extremely comfortable, the room spotlessly clean and the shower excellent. I especially appreciated the ‘cool drawer’ for the storage of purchased bottles etc. We mainly ate in the resort at resturant and at the food court. The pool was very clean with plenty of loungers. All the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. Highly recommended - we will return.
