Lovely

First stay at this hotel. The public spaces are beautiful and include a very impressive collection of high end retail shops and dining venues. The rooms are modern and nicely appointed. We stayed on the 58th floor with a nice view.

Not a Luxury Property.

Stayed 4 nights the week of June 22nd. We were very disappointed in the room and service. The thing that really surprised us was how thin the walls were. We could hear screaming children next door and full blown conversation. We even heard our neighbors dry heaves one morning. The rooms are already showing signs of wear and tear. This is a newer property and the carpet seemed really worn and discolored for its age. The overall property is very nice, it has great colors and is very clean looking. The pool was good, but we couldn’t get anyone to wait on us the 2 days we were at the pool. Overall, this is not the luxury property that it purports to be, stay at the Wynne, Encore or Bellagio for luxury property amenities and service. We won’t stay there again, and the location is a cab or Uber situation to get to the strip. All in all, very disappointed. Oh, one last thing, we were overcharged on our bill by $700! We are still waiting on the credit.

Slice Of Paradise On the North End

Check-In @ 3PM on a Sunday was very crowded and we even got there 20 min early. Expect to wait 35min+! Room 5066 was a fantastic room because it was kept cool the entire time as it never faced the sun. Room was super roomy and comfortable (I'd like to have one of those mattresses). Plenty of pillows and just right amount of warmth from down comforter. Spotless clean both room and bathroom. Our room was missing the makeup removers, but no big deal. Bath tub is very deep. My mom made a joke of needing floaties in it! Individual shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion bottles. As much as I loved the robes, the detergent (their signature scent) made me break out in a minor rash during my stay. Never had any issues with noise or rowdy people. Now the pool, I had the locals deal for $200 (long story short I was charged double and it took a bit for them to reimburse me - through a survey of me complaining). The food and drinks by the pool were delicious and average cost for a bougie resort. Now, I did complain in the survey that the umbrellas are extremely heavy and not easy to move. Good luck trying to track someone down to move it. That was my major complaint. I do believe as a local the $100+/night + Free Parking + Waived Resort Fee + $200 Daybed (all inclusive of F&B) + 20% off select restaurants is well worth the value and I hope they continue it for us locals that cannot find value in the other posh resorts. I also choose to play here over MGM and that is saying something!

An enormous, great hotel with brilliant suites!

This is a (North) strip hotel for those who want to avoid the negatives of living on a strip hotel. Whilst Casino looms large, it does not appear to be the end all and be all of this hotel; which appears to be a cross between a hotel and a resort. Accomodations are comfortable but suites are decidedly worth the splurge. Our party had use of a royal suite and a panoramic suite. Both are expansive, indulgent and beautifully appointed. Particularly, the panoramic suite with it's views but also sense of space is a treat to be in. Of particular not in my stay was Laisha at the reception. Upon arriving after a very long journey, her kind manner and incredible helpfullness in merging several of by bookings and sorting out other issues was exceptional. She, alongwith the house keeping team, are an asset to the organization and made my stay very comfortable and pleasant.

I have no complaints. Everything was perfect from the check in staff pool area and most importantly the room. I would definitely stay again
