This is truly a 5 star hotel. Beautiful rooms and 5 star restaurants. BleauLive theater provides great acoustics and stage views.

If you decide to stay at this hotel, double-check every charge on your bill and demand written confirmation from the front desk before you leave. Otherwise, there’s a real chance you’ll be hit with unfair extra charge after checkout.I’m not the only one this happened to. After reading the reviews, I saw that many people had the same experience.

Absolutely amazing experience at the hotel five stars across the board. The rooms are clean and large. The food is amazing through their room service and a restaurant are all amazing. I suggest you book a reservation at the spa you will never

Atmosphere is top notch, not only luxurious, but clean and safe as well. We never felt threatened or nervous on the property.

Beautiful resort, but our stay was disappointing Fontainebleau is a beautiful resort with an incredible atmosphere. The property itself is impressive, the amenities are great, and the restaurants we experienced were excellent. Mother Wolf was especially outstanding and easily had the best food we had during our entire stay. Unfortunately, our experience with check-in really took away from what could have been a great stay. We arrived around the scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time, but the check-in line was extremely long with only a few people working registration. After finally getting to the desk, we were told our room was still not ready. We ended up waiting approximately another three hours just to get our room. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication. We would see other guests arriving after us, checking in, and getting their rooms while we continued to wait. Every time we asked for an update, no one seemed to have an answer, and it often felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by asking about our room. When we finally received our room, we were given an accessible room that we had not selected, and there was also a strange odor in the room. We had booked two nights but ultimately decided to leave after only one night. One bright spot was the Bell Desk team. They were extremely helpful, fast, and professional, and they provided excellent service getting our belongings up to the room. Overall, Fontainebleau is a gorgeous property with great restaurants and amenities, but our check-in experience and room assignment unfortunately overshadowed the positives of our stay. I would definitely consider giving the property another chance, but I hope the check-in and guest service issues are addressed.
