Fontainebleau Las Vegas

Beautiful hotel, vey clean, and awesome staff! This is a newer hotel so everywhere feels so nice and clean, the ceilings are incredibly high and the chandeliers are stunning. Not too close to all the major hotels so it didn't seem to get as crazy busy as other places like Ceasars. The pool area is gorgeous! We ate at 3 restaurants that were incredible. We will definitely be staying here every time we come back. Loved it!

The people, room, gaming floor, resturants are all outstanding. If there is any concern, no matter how small, it is rectified immediately. If it's for 2-days or 6-days, this is the only place I'll stay.

Very relax atmosphere. Facility smells good, so clean. The personnel goes out of their way to help . Restaurants are very good . The valet are exceptionally fast . Rooms are so clean. The host are so accommodating . Spa is out of this world . Best casino resort for me . I truly would go back .

My wife and I stayed over the weekend sep. 18-20. We had an absolute blast. To me, this is now the #1 resort on the strip. Room was fresh and clean. Food was excellent. Don's prime was excellent as was La Fontaine. Live music at Nowhere Lounge was awesome. Service throughout the property was helpful and friendly.

Stayed here a few times and the place is immaculate and rooms are like brand new. I had a few problems that spoilt this stay and questioning whether i will be back but more on that later. I booked a Royal Suite with Strip View this trip instead of the normal room. Its a great room and would be amazing for a couple but for me it was a waste as i never used the sitting area once. Its literally 2 rooms. One bedroom and one sitting area. Its a great suite but wasted on me. The casino is massive and I still get lost in it but its really well laid out and really clean like everywhere in the property. The pool area I used once and it was quite windy that day and never used the pool. OK onto the problems. I wont go into massive detail. 1st thing at checkin theres no note of room upgrade even though im getting messages daily regarding it. 2nd this is im charged for a charger from minibar. I video every room i stay in for this very reason. It was missing on the video and i phoned down and it was removed eventually. 3rd I was meant to only be charged upgrade fee of $64 each night plus tax. On checkout day i check my account on tv and im charged full rate for everything AND the charger is back on again. 4th is instead of phoning i go down and speak in person. The person i get was the most sour faced ive ever met in 25+ years coming to vegas and staying in well over 200 hotel rooms. AND she was a young girl. Anyway she says im wrong and it will all be taken off. I just walked away amazed at this treatement. 5th is my credit card bill is all over the place. Ive about 10 transactions pending and 10 removed and 10 charged for (on average). Apart from the problems the place is great and you may be lucky not to get any of this.
