Honestly love this place. Three years in a row we came for birthday. Lose a star and our business for the hostess at No Where Longe. Both hosts were unprofessional and clearly lacking in their ability to work with upscale clientele.

Arrived late to a room that stank of cigarette smoke. Waited until midnight for a change — and got moved to a smaller, lower-category room with no compensation offered. Housekeeping was poor throughout: beds barely made, sheets laid on top instead of tucked. Hallways were constantly cluttered with room-service trays and dirty plates. On arrival, bell service never came, so we hauled our own luggage up. The low point was stepping on a shard of glass on the bathroom floor. I caught it in time and wasn’t hurt, but broken glass in a room that’s been “cleaned” and handed to guests says everything about the standards here. The property looks beautiful, but the room quality and cleaning are well below the luxury status this hotel claims for itself.

Pros -The restaurants esp Mother Wolf are great -Casino is clean and open Cons -If you book through Amex Platinum they don't care. Do not expect an upgrade or a welcome -Our room had food in the sheets and hair on the desk. We noticed this late at night. Had to move everything at midnight to a different type of room. One that actually was an upgrade when they told us when we checked in none were available. That room was a bit cleaner but still had dust around the beds and hair in the bathroom -Hotel is located at the end of the strip. It's seedy. I live in NYC and it was seedy for me. -Can't get a seat at the pool as there are not enough chairs. Can't get service there either. People would be scoping out like a parking spot at a crowded mall for anyone who would be leaving and you'd have to run to get a spot. -Came home from trip to realize I had multiple items stolen. A Balenciaga ring, a Bottega bag and one of my favorite shirts. None of this was left out. I am a season traveler. Thinking back, we returned from the Eagles concert to the lamps lights on when I purposely hit the "do not disturb" button and didn't leave the lights on. This hotel is far from luxury. The service is TERRIBLE, the rooms are dirty and the housekeeping steals. (or at least someone professional did). Hotel says I can't prove anything. Stick to the Venetian, Four Seasons or the Wynne.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the start of our 3 week vacation and as far as room luxury goes, this was the best we experienced. Whilst in Vegas my son enjoyed going into every hotel and rating them on ‘wow’ factor. Fontainebleau is more understated but my son loved the golden wave structure that moved next to the far exit. We used uber and Lyft throughout our time here and they were a short walk near the car park area, all under cover. We enjoyed the pool, not my style of music but you can’t please everyone. It was more a pool for people to stand around in and chat but my children still had fun. They did prefer the pool at our next hotel Mandalay bay but they actually preferred Fontainebleau overall. I would recommend this hotel.

08/03-06/2026 I completed another stay at the Fountainbleau in Las Vegas. Great customer service! (Brandon-valet,, Aubrey,Edwin and Matt- bell desk, Ella check-in and Duane at Roadside Tacos). I love the staff they were professional, accommodating, courteous, approachable, friendly, and helpful. The building continues to be immaculate with impeccable ambiance. The variety of eating establishments is top notch. It is very clean. Housekeeping is on point. My room was beautiful. It was located on the 36th floor with a wonderful view. Im already planning my next visit to this wonderful establishment in October for the Vegas Matt and Friends event. Sharing pics of my view
