Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas

Unbelievable service, kindness everywhere! The hotel and our room were spotless. We were celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary and this was a last-minute trip due to our original trip being canceled because of an injury. I was bummed but the Four Seasons staff went out of their way to make this a special memory for us. Leah and Davin at the front desk were amazing, Jazlyn at the pool was incredibly sweet and genuine, and Cheryllyn gave me the best facial/spa experience of my life. Cannot wait to return!

Four Seasons Hotels was an exceptional place to stay. The rooms were spacious, elegant and very comfortable despite being close to all action on the Strip, the hotel felt peaceful and relaxing. The staff provided outstanding service, and every detail was taken care of perfectly. A wonderful choice.

My sister, mother, and I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Las Vegas, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Jacqueline at the front desk, whose kindness and professionalism set the tone for our stay. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a beautiful suite with a wonderful view. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, with attention to detail that made our stay feel truly special. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job and consistently ensured everything was perfect. We were traveling with my 80-year-old mother, and every member of the staff—from the front desk to the restaurant team—went out of their way to be accommodating, attentive, and helpful. The combination of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality made this a memorable stay. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend the Four Seasons Las Vegas to anyone looking for an exceptional Las Vegas experience.

From arrival to departure this is a top notch hotel. Excellent rooms and food. Typical Four Seasons level of quality in all respects. This hotel occupies the top floors of the Mandalay Hotel by dedicated entrance and elevators. Each and every employee we interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the hotel with my wife, as I was attending a conference at the Aria, but wanted to be a bit out of the strip. The hotel is fantastic - very tranquil and not manic, despite being close to strip and Mandalay Bay. Staff were very attentive and we received excellent customer service. Pool staff were first class, constantly checking if we were ok and offering drinks and snacks etc. The gym was well appointed. The suite was HUGE and had a great view of strip. Pool area is small but very nice and you can use other pools if you want. Hotel was spotless throughout. Bar drinks were great, although a bit pricey. Only downside was breakfast which had limited options for me as a vegetarian. And again was a bit pricey. Overall, the hotel was superb. We won’t stay anywhere else in Vegas now! Well done Four Seasons and its staff.
