MGM Grand Hotel & Casino

Nice hotel for a quick stay. At any level of stars customer service trumps everything. Our dining experience was awsom Sushi restaurant was exceptional great. Gift shops were also convenient, Slot machines were okay but that's fine. Over all I give it a 8

Room was clean upon entry - however used towels were on the bathroom floor. Outlet in bath didn’t work. Loud construction noise our first day. Insane charges for room drinks and snacks. No coffee maker in the room! Did not realize it until the first morning. Evidently- this is a Vegas thing” ?? Enjoy spending nearly twenty bucks every morning going to get your own coffee! Did I mention ridiculous prices on food and drink? - I mean- INSANE. Everywhere you go servers try to trick you into paying more on your bill. Seriously- they are all conmen. Steakhouse dinner at MGM Colichio’s - the servers literally tried bullying us and LECTURING us into getting the most expensive thing on the menu. I mean they REALLY started to get on my last nerve. In protest I only ordered water and a cup of soup. F them. Don’t bother asking for a drink at the pool. Pool server will just tell you so sweetly that she’s not your server but hey! she will “get her for you!.” HEY, SERVER GIRL WITH BIG BOOTIE - YOU'RE A LIAR. Don't kindly ask if a TV to be changed to the game. Server will enthusiastically say ”Sure thing!” then never change it. Newsflash- no matter how kind and considerate you try to be - servers in Vegas hate you and they love to make you look dumb. Plusses for MGM Grand were beautiful upgraded room, great shower pressure and hot water - great lighting to do makeup- amazingly comfortable bed. The pools and lazy fiver were terrific. Music- party vibe - Awesome atmosphere.

too long of walk from room to casino & other attractions, had to pay for parking even though a guest of the hotel. Our safe was broken They charge for ever little extra, nothing is given to you, not even a bottle of water. The room was very nice and modern

MGM Grand is the zenith of majesty. There is nothing in there that isn't its own conversation piece. The massive and incredible architecture; the pools with palm trees, which you can enjoy while drinking; the hot tubs and spa, and all the food, which is burned via walking makes staying here its own unique experience, on top of what Vegas has to offer.

Wolfgang Puck's signature restaurant was fantastic, both the service and the food. A lot of the restaurants and lounges are adjacent to the gaming floor which is very convenient. The staff at all levels is well trained and very friendly and helpful. This was our first visit to this property and we will definitely be back.
