MGM Grand is... grand!
Awesome location, great pools. Pro tip: bring your own tube or buy one from ABC Stores. The lazy river is awesome. The restaurants are great (live music at the Losers Bar was awesome). The monorail is super convenient. Hotel staff are super nice. Rooms are clean and new, beds are so comfy. Would return! Top Golf was also a hit.

MGM not as grand as what we’re used to
Our usual favorite place to stay fell short. We kind of figured something was up when there were earplugs on the nightstand. Construction went on late at night and early in the morning. At one point the toilet quit working. When we reported the issue, we were told “no water until 3”. Why weren’t we told in advance of this so we could plan accordingly? We had to request housekeeping after 2 days went by without it.

Horrible hotel and worst customer service ever!!!!
The room on 27th floor had construction immediately above it and I was hearing high pitch drilling noise at 4 am. Could not sleep at all. After complaining to front desk, they promised to change room which also did not happen. Horrible hotel and worst customer service ever!!!!

Horrible for Families
Horrible stay for family. Lots of things to-many to list. Never write reviews but this time I made exception for the cost of staying it was very disappointing.

The rooms are large and quiet. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from depending on what you are in the mood to eat.
