Great hotel
Great experience. Only downside was not having a fridge for personal items which is a must for a family. We would go again.

Horrible don’t stay here pick somewhere else
Worst experience checking in ever - waiting in a line of over 100 people. And still didn’t get a room. Plus, their checked baggage line was just as long as checking in for a room. Horrendous. Beware when they have conferences - they were understaffed. No help - just handed out cards with QR codes that put u in an endless loop, so we couldn’t check in electronically. We never received a text that they promised to let us know when the room was ready. So we didn't get into our room until 6:30 pm, after the conference day had ended. And that only happened when we went to the front desk. Stay somewhere else unless you have status here. They are too big to handle that many guests. Go to another hotel that has its act together.

A Las Vegas Vegas getaway
We had a wonderful time at the MGM Grand! We always do! My suggestion is if you want the early check-in when you get there go directly to the front desk and do not do it thru the app as you will not get early check in that way! The only other complaint we had was the cost of the food was quite high at least from our experience, but it was delicious! All in all, it was a fabulous few days! And we really enjoyed our getaway and I would recommend the MGM grand!
