About the Hotel

The world's first ever Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace is a luxury infused, celebrity-driven exhibition. And its guests? We can't quite put our finger on it, but well, let's just say they have a certain je ne sais quoi, not to mention great taste. Immerse yourself in luxury that emerges at every turn, every texture, and every amenity.  Nobu has a distinctly different feel than most Las Vegas hotels, and features Japanese-inspired décor mixed with sleek, modern touches.

Stay from Hell

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

Horrible stay. Front desk not wanting to honor requested upgrade room price that they sent me via email. Wanting to charge me double for it. Then broken amenities in the suite. Not having water in our room for 6 hours, no sink, shower and no toilet use for those 6 hours. A very loud physical disturbance happening in the adjacent room to us, and being told it was nothing. No customer service from there managers and hotel manager Diego Lopez. No compassion for the Diamond Members. Nobu left a bad impression and we will not be staying here anymore. Was not a luxury boutique hotel and definitely not a 5 star hotel at that. Don’t waste your money. Stay elsewhere

Always a return guest, excellent customer service.

We visit Las Vegas multiple times a year and always enjoy staying at Nobu. The modern Japanese inspired decor provides a zen-like atmosphere and the rooms are very spacious. The reason we continue to return to Nobu is due to the team members at registration (Pamela and Lei), the Concierge (Ellana) and housekeeping, which all provide exceptional customer service. At each visit, they always provide something special and unexpected. For example, past visits have included arranging airport transportation, welcome drinks at check-in, treats waiting in our room for our anniversary, and a welcome gift during evening turndown service. The Nobu team members always go above and beyond to make our stays special.

The best

The Nobu Hotel is beautiful and amazingly kept! The staff are so kind and attentive, the rooms are kept extremely clean. The location is perfect, with endless things to do so close by. We felt so special on this trip and that is thanks to the staff at the nobu! :)

Thank you Jordan!

Originally had a booking with Cesar’s Palace & was lucky enough to receive an upgrade to Nobu Hotel. Best experience we have ever had, starting with hand towels covered in refreshing essential oil. Private gym, complimentary coffee in the lobby with amazing service from all staff. On this trip we had the pleasure of outstanding service from Jordan specially. Thank you for making this trip memorable, we appreciate you!

Just an "okay" stay at a premium price

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

Pros: Friendly & helpful staff, comfortable beds, and luxurious toiletries & room amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash/lotion, robes, slippers). Our room was ready ahead of the regular 4pm check-in time by several hours, allowing us to check in early for free. Its central location on the strip (inside Caesars Palace) was super convenient and we appreciated having a private (quiet) check-in area that was separate from Caesars. Cons: The main reason I'm not rating any higher than a 3 is that I don't believe that the hotel rises to the standard or level I would expect from a 5-star hotel, which is what it advertises itself as. -No free coffee in the room, so if you want to use the provided Keurig, you'll have to either purchase the coffee pods on the food minibar or go buy your own from CVS, Walgreens, etc. They offer free coffee by the front desk each morning, but it was very basic and limited to 3 hours (not after 10am). -Housekeeping carts were left outside the rooms once they were done with them, which was an eyesore when we returned each night. -Did not get turn down service one of the nights we were there (we always made sure the Do Not Disturb was removed from the door each time we left the room). -While the decor is nice and relatively modern, the rooms do show some signs of wear, from the walls/ceilings to the floors and lights. -We were charged for "taking a food item" from the weighted food minibar despite the fact that the item we were charged for was never placed on the bar in the first place (there was an empty spot on the food bar when we first arrived which I only assume was supposed to hold the item that we ended up getting charged for. As of posting this review, our refund is currently pending an "investigation" so we will see). -The A/C is not very good. You can either have the A/C or the fan on, but not both at the same time. If you choose A/C, it kicks on and off every ~15 minutes, which made sleeping really difficult. It says it got to 65, but I can guarantee you that that room was never lower than 70 degrees. Overall, I'm giving a 3 because I felt like I paid a premium but did not get a premium experience. It was an okay stay, not terrible by any means, but I'm not sure I'd pay to stay here again when there are so many other (probably cheaper) options on the strip.
