Simply fabulous

Fabulous, classy, elegant, but comfortable atmosphere small but not too small. The rooms were beautiful. It was spotlessly clean spent four nights at six. Different restaurants were all fantastic.

The Reserve. Only place to stay

Only place I’ll stay when traveling to Vegas. Clean and organized casino and hotel.

Great customer service

Great customer service. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Las Vegas. Smoke free hotel and casino. Beautiful, clean rooms and in a great location on the Strip.

Filthy sofa and room props and terrible service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

Service was nonexistent. We did not know there was a separate check-in for the RESERVE until after the fact. It was in some obscure location with a guy standing in the darkness. We kept calling to see if our room was ready at 3 ( it was an “upgrade”) but every time we were transferred the phone call was disconnected. When we finally got to the room, the wooden floor was nice and the bathroom was very clean. Other than that the room was junk. The RESERVE referred to it as “boutique” but it was really cheap stuff that didn’t work well. For example, the phone was garbage. The worst was the window area - the sofa was filthy as were the padded room dividers on each side of the window. They looked like stage props that you would get for free at a dump site. Since my trust level was low at this point, I asked multiple people to ensure us that we would be able to get someone to help us bring our luggage down at 4 am and to obtain a taxi to the airport. They assured us that there is 24/7 service and someone would be at the Bell-desk. Yeah, right. That morning, we called multiple times and no one answered. We are in our mid seventies and my husband has health issues. We brought our luggage down at 4 am, and there was one lone person in the lobby at the check out. I “checked-out” and this person apparently did not do his job because later in the day between flights I was told that we were not checked out. Anyway, no one was at the Bell-desk and there was no sign of security anywhere. We stepped outside and lucked out to find one taxi to take us to the airport. Good bye RESERVE, you were an awful experience and I will never waste my hard earned money on your trashy hotel again.

This is a great non-smoking property!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

From the time you arrive until the time you leave, you always feel welcome on this property. This non-smoking property on the south side of the strip. The employees from check-in, housekeeping and dealers make you feel special and wanted each time I have been here. If you have yet to go to this property, please give it a shot as it’s small enough to navigate. Restaurant and food options are abundant. And the non-smoking is just a bonus.
