Hotel is showing its age...

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 19 hours ago

Stayed at the hotel for almost a week. The hotel is showing its age. Many areas of the hotel had noise construction going on. We tried to eat at Americano restaurant one morning and they had no hot water. Even in my room, it would take 5 minutes to get hot water in the morning. The bathroom is very dark, especially the shower. My shower was full of black and pink mold. My room was sprayed with some perfume deodorant that was so powerful your eyes would water for a while until you adjusted to the smell. There was a snack device on a table taking up room but with no snacks on it. It was the type that if you lifted the snack or beverage off of it, you were charged. If they aren't going to use it, why take up the whole table with it? The gambling tables are interesting, they usually have one low $15 table in the mornings for black jack. On some days it is $10. The casino is usually empty in the AM compared to others in the area. I believe it is because they are priced too high. Staffing at restaurants is terrible. You often wait or cannot get in because they do not have any help. We ate at all restaurants on site. All were ok but pricing was outrageous for what you got - Especially at the Bedford. The food was good but a ripoff. The only restaurant I would stay clear of is Nobu. Service is abhorrent - just plain lacking and the staff is rude. Food was very salty - even the salad was so salty we had to send it back. Portions are miniscule. You main entrée only comes with the meat. No side, nothing. If there is more than one person at your table, the food comes out as it is ready. One person out of the three of us got his meal first, 10 minutes later my meal came and then another 10 minutes later the last person received their meal. When we asked the server, he told us they had three kitchens and you get your food when it is ready not when the whole party's food is ready. No matter what else you read in this commentary, just be sure to stay clear of Nobu. Overall, It's not that bad of a place to stay but I suspect there are plenty of other better places to stay. I would also point out that it is annoying to be charged a resort fee per day. Just include it in the rate. It is misleading when you book a room and you think you are getting an ok rate when you then turn around and pay a $40.00 per day resort fee. Just another gimmick for Caesar's resorts to rip you off.

Good hotel in Vegas

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

We stayed here in April of 2025 for the Jr. International Cup and USA Open (karate). Rooms are just normal rooms, at least the one we stayed in. From our room, you could see the top of the Sphere. It was a good enough view to enjoy, but there are some rooms with awesome views. The hotel is attached to the Horseshoe. The casino and lobby area are nice. The room where the tournament was held was very large. Room was clean and conveniently located. Checkin kinda sucked and took about 30 minutes. Not much else to say. There is an expensive resort fee to stay there. Pool is nice. You can go up in the tower for around $25.00. Drinks at the pool are ridiculous. Not paying $39.99 for any drink.

Disappointing

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Pillows smelt like they needed a good wash. Priscilla was rude when checking out and make sure you check your bill as I was charged for two waters I didn’t touch. There are no usb ports and the shower is awful to operate. It’s a great location but found the experience at MGM Grand so much better.

Do yourself a favor and avoid the Paris Hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

This hotel is awful. The room was dated and dirty. There was rotten food in the refrigerator and trash in the chest of drawers. My room overlooked the pool where music blared from 9 AM until sometimes until 10 PM. I was here for a conference so didn't have much choice in where to stay. I recommend avoiding this hotel.

Great Location, rooms and dining, but self-parkers should consider valet.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

Pros: Comfortable room/bed, great restaurants (Nobu, Dominique Ansel and Gordon Ramsay Steakhouse were all wonderful. Also, Paris is the perfect location, center strip, right across from Bellagio, Caesars and City Center. Cons: The self-parking lot exit lines were unbearable and this was the same issue we had last time we parked at Paris/Horseshoe self-park a few months ago. It seems that they haven't upgraded their parking system and each of the exit terminals with the barriers have different issues and the lines for each were 10-12 deep and each car seemed to be having various issues. Many of us got out of our cars and tried to help the people and all of them had pushed the buttons to contact a live person. This has been the biggest issue at Paris and Horseshoe for a few years during peak periods and times, but seems it has gotten even worse that last couple years. You should be able to exit very quickly with your Diamond rewards card or using credit card (Or better if people prepay), but cards get rejected, tickets and room keys arean't always recognized and during peak periods when lines are long can they just open up the barriers? Wynn, MGM and Stations properties are so easy and quick even when busy to enter/exit. Really not a great final experience after checking out.
