The Red Rock Casino Resort Spa was named for the majestic Red Rock Mountains at the foot of the resort(TM)s 70 acres of stunning natural desert landscape, in Las Vegas. Paying homage to the elegant desert oasis resorts of the mid- 20th century, the feel of red Rock is classic, cool Las Vegas. Exotic woods, marble, crystal and fabrics adorn each room, and accent the spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip or the Red Rock mountains. The casino is revolutionary, with natural light and an impressive array of game options, the spa is the epitome of tranquility, the dining is an epicurean(TM)s delight; in short, Red Rock offers everything you seek in Vegas, and much more.

Red Rock is a four star hotel with 1 star customer service. The room was not clean. There was hair in the sink, and one of the sink drains were clogged. I woke up at 2;30 AM to discover several bed bug bites on my left arm. My arm was red and hot to the touch. I also experienced severe itching. Upon checking out the next day, I reported the incident to the checkout desk. I was informed that a manager would get back to me. I received an initial phone call from a manager who assured me that the incident would be investigated thoroughly. It’s now been three weeks, and no one from Red Rock has contacted me. I have contacted them several times, but no one has responded.

The hotel is lovely, comfortable, and has everything you need to never have to leave. The rooms are spacious, with fabulous beds, gigantic soaking tubs, and comfy chairs. The restaurants here are delicious and there are many to choose from, ranging from simple to extravagant, depending on how hungry you are and what kind of meal you want. The hotel is an easy 5 minute walk to downtown Summerlin, which is great for shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. It is also a 15 minute drive to the Red Rock Canyon which is spectacular and a great area to hike or even just to drive (it is a 12 mile one way loop) and stop at various parking points to get out to get closer to the magnificent geological formations and indigenous lands.

Red Rock Casino is always doing well and for good reason. Been here several times but stopped in the past weekend for the Rocks Lounge to catch some live music. There was no cover and parking was free. Red Rock remains a good value and one of my first choices when going to a casino. There is lots do do here so you should check it out!

The only good thing about this hotel is the views and the food. The hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. The feather pillows had sharp points sticking out and the beds were way too soft. The most annoying part of our stay was the thumping bass until 2 am. One night it was loud but we were able to drown it out with a white noise machine. The second night was insanely loud. I get that it’s a party place but something needs to be done about soundproofing or a time limit for noise. We paid a lot of money for a luxury experience and we were sorely let down.

I’m absolutely shocked and disappointed by my stay at Red Rock Casino. What was supposed to be a relaxing night at a so-called “luxury resort” turned into a sleepless disaster. The Rouge Room was hosting some kind of techno event, and the bass was so loud that the windows on my 15th-floor room were literally vibrating. It felt like I was staying inside a nightclub on the Strip, not at a high-end resort that prides itself on being “unparalleled.” When I called the front desk, I was told there were multiple complaints and that they would “ask” to have the music turned down — as if guests paying premium rates should have to hope for basic peace and quiet. Unsurprisingly, nothing changed. When I called again, no one even answered the phone. This experience was beyond disappointing — it was unacceptable. Red Rock Casino wants to market itself as a luxury property, but hosting a rave-level event that shakes rooms 15 floors up is trashy, unprofessional, and completely out of touch with what guests expect. I did not pay to stay at a nightclub. Until the hotel decides whether it’s a luxury resort or a club scene, I’d recommend staying elsewhere. What a horrible, sleepless, and unrefined experience.
