This was our worst Las Vegas hotel experience that we've had. It wasn't all bad, I'll start with the good things first: -While this property isn't technically on the strip, it's an easy walk to the strip. There is a covered walkway that puts you out in the MGM grand. It takes about 15 minutes to get from your room to the strip. That sounds like a lot, but you'd be walking that long if you were staying at some of the Caesar's Palace towers. -Having a balcony is nice. We had a great view of the strip. -They were able to accommodate a request for three rooms on the same floor in the same tower Now the bad: -Front desk staff was extremely rude and condescending. -As a Marriott Titanium member I am supposed to get free upgrades. I was offered a paid upgrade. I asked for it to be complimentary. They declined this even though I am entitled to it. -Room is incredibly outdated. The furnishings, wallpaper, etc. feels like you're in 1995. It's definitely not the luxury experience you expect in Vegas. If I was in Dayton, OH or some other small city it wouldn't have been that bad. But this is supposed to be a higher end experience than a Fairfield. -Room was in poor repair. Shower handle was shaky. Door to the balcony had a piece of the lock that was falling off. Some of the outlets didn't work. Shower head was like one you'd find in a Fairfield and had terrible pressure. Coffee maker was the cheapest possible and had a broken button on it. -Fitness center was in poor repair. Literally half of the cardio machines were out of order during our entire stay. Several of the weight machines were missing pins. You had to take loose pins and switch them between machines. -Room wasn't cleaned to high standards. Coffee cups/pods weren't replenished. Hair in shower (I'm bald, so it wasn't mine) -Room was extremely warm despite the temperature being set as low as it goes. -I wasn't given the $20 per day food and beverage credit I was promised. I get mistakes happen and I'm giving them a chance to fix this. But just another error.

Good location. Not noisy, casino is not on this property, no issues from smoking. Overall a nice place. Would recommend staying but if you want adjoining rooms you need to triple check they take care of it for you.

The room is a nice size and has a great bathroom. The jacuzzi tub was fantastic. The kitchette is a nice area but you have to request the dishes be brought to your room. The bed in our room was not very comfortable. The shower was not clean when we arrived but housekeeping did clean it on our second day. Tower 2 is a LONG walk to get to the Las Vegas Strip. Due to the formula 1 and Latin Grammy awards, Harmon street was not a good option for walking to the strip.

I love everything about staying here, everything needed is nearby and the monirail makes getting around super eady. It has become my go to when in Vegas.

Love staying at The Signature Towers-the one bedroom suites with a balcony are so nice. Separately entrance for arrival and departure is a plus. The bellman was helpful in holding our luggage and retrieving it with ease!

We just had the pleasure of staying in a lovely suite at the MGM Grand. It was a joy to be able to enjoy the action on the strip and come back to the hotel for peace and comfort - we loved the jacuzzi tub and plush bed. I will most likely only stay here when I return to Vegas!
