Nickel and dime you for everything. There was a sign at the pool that is was too windy for umbrellas yet the paid lounges and cabanas had umbrellas. Not sure what the $50 resort charge is for. This is not a resort

We stayed at the Signature on September 23rd overnight and traveled to Zion Canyon the next day and returned on the 27th and departed on the 30th. Loved the balcony suite with strip view. The suite was perfect and the service was great. Everything from the desk help, bellman and parking was smooth and appreciated. We loved the access to MGM Grand and its pools. I can not tell you how helpful the staff was. Having a suite to prepare for our trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon really let us shop grocery stores and have everything set for the trip there. Returning to Las Vegas and being able to chill in comfort was great. Getting ready for the flight out was smooth with the help of the staff. We spent some time drinking wine and enjoying the view of the Sphere on our balcony. Comfortable room on the 18th floor

Had a Deluxe Balcony Strip View suite, very spacious room and a good view. This is a very old building but kept in immaculate condition. Enjoyed our time here, helpful staff, easy access, nice room. Location is a couple blocks back from the strip, it's a 10-15 min walk to get to the strip depending on which way you go bjtit wasnt a bother. Recommended if you want a nice place, good price and happy not be right in the business.

Horrible place to stay. Rooms are old, I woke up with insect bites on my leg. Hotel staff will literally throw guests out by force at exactly 10:59 am on the day of check out. Cars are valet only and you have to tip everytime you need to even get something from your car and they call it "complimentary car park" . The staff will not take your car until you pay them.

Good location on strip. staff was extremely polite & helpful. There was only one (of the 5) pool and small lazy river open for the entire huge population of guests so everything was extremely CROWDED. We had to wait in LONG line just to get into the pool only to experience slimy water & no lounge chairs available. No place to sit. Made you not even want to go enjoy the pool in the hot weather, VERY disappointing. Casino was one of the Smokiest on the strip, my eyes were red and stingy the entire time from secondhand smoke. lots of places to eat and extremely friendly staff was a plus but the pool situation and smoke was unacceptable.

We just had the pleasure of staying in a lovely suite at the MGM Grand. It was a joy to be able to enjoy the action on the strip and come back to the hotel for peace and comfort - we loved the jacuzzi tub and plush bed. I will most likely only stay here when I return to Vegas!
