Trump International Hotel Las Vegas

We had a one bedroom suite with a large living room, small kitchen, 2 full baths, and a combo washer/dryer machine. The location is excellent -- within walking distance to all that is on the strip. We asked for unit with a view of the strip, which means you are directly across from Treasure Island, where we went to see Mystere, which was excellent. The staff was very nice and we loved that the Trump hotel did not have a casino. Two disappointing things --- we were first assigned a unit with a locked laundry closet. I called the front desk and was told the dryer did not work. Why were we even given this unit when they knew a major appliance was out of order? It took about an hour to be transferred to another unit. The small kitchen had nice serving pieces but almost no cooking tools or pots and pans. We still loved the unit and will prepare next time to ask if the washer/dryer is unlocked and working, and make plans to buy groceries that need little prep/cooking.

Overall very nice, clean etc. BUT valet service extremely inefficient. We were there for NYE for a couple of nights. They send you a text with a number to claim your car but there is no calling ahead or anything. You still have to wait in what can be a very long line. The valets were hustling but the system itself was not good. When my bf said something to the manager, the response was "I'm sorry if your expectations exceed our service." Right. We did expect to get our vehicle in less than 25 minutes (10 minutes in line, 15 from when we provided our code). Also, dropping off was mass confusion for most people. Again, the system doesn't work. Fix it.

Just finished a week trip at Trump doral Miami, which was LEAGUES above better than this place. Friendly service everywhere and felt very comfortable. I’ve stayed at Trump NY as well which is miles above better than this place. I checked in for a 2 night stay after just leaving the Trump Miami to come to Vegas for a couple days with some family. I checked into the 1 bedroom suite. I dropped off my bags and I have my service animal with me. As soon as we pass security they angrily tell me to hold the leash, which is acceptable, but not in the way that they said it so aggressively, like bullies. I’m a paying guest, treat us with respect. So once I picked up the leash the short one named Franklin, as I walked past him said, “why are you looking at me?” I said excuse me? Then I looked at his name tag and I said you’re the reason why I’m checking out and getting a refund. He then proceeded to act like a literal child and call me an idiot multiple times, and mock me while I was talking like we were in elementary school. I recorded him and then he denied ever saying idiot. THEN the manager who seemed to be apologetic switched her stance 10 min later and said “I’ve known him for 15 years.” “Im sorry if you perceived it that way.” I got my refund and will never stay there again and don’t recommend it to anyone. The rooms are old and outdated by the way, with stains on the coffee table that have been cleaned and the coffee maker is a cheap $5 one you can get off the street. The management here is severely undertrained and it shows in the security’s treatment of guests

Good afternoon, My family stayed at Trump for four days and three nights in Room 5824 and checked out on 12/18 at 11:00 a.m. My sister accidentally forgot her Chanel necklace in the nightstand drawer. I returned to the room the next morning with Elizabeth from the Lost and Found department. We both entered the room, which was not occupied and had already been cleaned and prepared for the next guest. However, the Chanel necklace was missing. My sister did not lose the necklace, and it was left inside the room. We are very concerned about how this situation was handled and would like a clear explanation and resolution. She forgot the necklace, but the security department mentioned that they can’t find it. We understand that if the room had been occupied, the guest may have taken it. However, the room was not occupied, and I personally went to the room the next morning to check, but the necklace was gone. What kind of customer service does a nice hotel provide when the security service is not up to standard? We are looking forward to hear back from your management team!

The hotel room is spacious and clean. It is located right on the Strip, close to Fashion Show and Treasure Island. Perfect for family with children as it does not have casino inside the hotel.
