Trump International Hotel Las Vegas

Great hotel, service and facilities. Not your typical casino circus hotel. Free parking which is rare enough to be mentioned. Next to a modern mall with a (real) pool and gym.

Review for Trump International Las Vegas – Pool Team & Lifeguard Liv Bawek My wife and I always enjoy our time at the Trump International pool, and it’s because the team here is truly exceptional. Every staff member is warm, friendly, and engaging—always greeting guests with a genuine smile and making everyone feel welcome. One lifeguard in particular, Liv Bawek, stands out. Liv’s kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism are remarkable. She goes out of her way to ensure guests are comfortable and cared for, and her thoughtful, friendly nature makes a lasting impression. Trump Hotel should never let her go—she is an asset to the team and to the guest experience. It’s rare to find such consistently outstanding service, and Liv exemplifies it perfectly. We look forward to seeing her and the rest of the wonderful pool team on every visit.

The stay started out amazing in the beginning… last day was horrible. I saw the true colors of the staff. The manager was snobby and did not seem interested in what I had to say about the issues I had and did not have a desire to provide a complimentary service. I had to ask for free meal and he seemed hesitant to even provide that. I was in one room on the 32nd floor and the washer broke down leaving my clothes soaking wet so they moved us to another room same floor where we waited hours for an engineer to show up to unlock the door to access this washer and dryer ( I’m currently still waiting for the engineer to come, keep in mind this is my last day here all my plans are ruined I had reservations for area 15 and my flight is at 9) they do not care to assist you it’s like pulling teeth. Hopefully they keep in mind not everyone is snobby and just wants some assistance. I am not disrespectful but when someone or in this case many of the stay are disrespectful I return the disrespect. DO NOT STAY HERE THEY NEED A CHANGE starting from the manager.

I reserved in this resort for the rating...and it eas true. It is excellent! The good conditions of the resort. Location, Amenities, the big and comfortable room mates my holidays awesome. The pool is big, even though some days was closed for cleaning issues the ither datos we enjoyed it too much Personal in the pool was very kind. I asked for a strip view room and also you gave it to me. All the People were very kind and helpful. On my next trip I will choose you again. Thank for made my holidays very special.

Awful Service! No Customer care or help in anyway! Terrible experience!! Parking was not good Towels were cheap and showed over use The mattress were Not comfortable Definitely DoNot Stay here There is like No one working can’t find a housekeeper for extra pillow One of the worst stays ever!!
