Trump International Hotel Las Vegas

I am very disappointed with the customer service at the spa. The manager, Sam, never greets guests. Every time I see him, he doesn’t even look up, smile, or acknowledge customers. A simple “hello” or a friendly smile can make guests feel welcome, but unfortunately, that basic courtesy is completely missing. A luxury spa should provide not only excellent facilities but also warm and professional hospitality. The manager’s attitude makes guests feel ignored and unappreciated, which significantly takes away from the overall experience. I sincerely hope management will address this issue and improve the level of customer service.

Apparently they are now segregating guests with service animals. They issue a different room cards for those guests. I had been at the hotel for a full day never having any issues going past security to my room. One security person wouldn't let me past saying I didn't have the right room card because I had a service animal. When I asked about it, he was very rude, condescending and downright unprofessional. I tried to speak to a hotel manager about it and got no where. The jacuzzi tubs in the rooms no longer work. Only in the suites.

We had an excellent stay at Trump hotel. Spacious, clean rooms, large bathrooms and most importantly, very comfortable bedding! Off strip but Just across fashion mall which takes you to the strip near Wynn. The location worked for us as the shows we had booked were near Trump. But it can be a long walk if you want to go to mid strip or near mgm. No casino but we did not want that in any case. Free valet parking

This is one of our top 3 hotels in Vegas -- I love everything about it. What's notable about this time, is the view! We came to see The Eagles at the Sphere and just watching the sphere from the room was a thing to do in itself. We came in December, but The Sphere's rotation included Halloween images. There was something so mesmerizing about seeing the morbid images at night and at that magnitude!

I travel regularly on business and my room was very large and spacious. I'm astonished by how many staff were bilingual as I speak a few languages. Every Staff member made my stay extra special and I appreciate that very much. Sky view was mesmerizing at night with all the city lights. My room was soundproof and very quiet. I enjoy the rooms being smoke free, which is a plus. I recommend this hotel highly.
