Reviews for Trump International Hotel Las Vegas

It's Vegas so it's big, loud and flashy

We had a corner suite. Everything was very large and 'American' opulent. The room had nice toiletries and loads of towels. It also had a pod coffee maker, with up to 4 pods a day supplied, plus bottles of water. There was no whirlpool bath; just a large bath. The views from the higher levels are great. Although we were on the 52nd floor it was still noisy from the I15 and the trains at the crossing. One night there was a particularly loud band somewhere, which you could hear until 4am. Although the bed was comfortable so we still slept. The pool was a good length and very really busy. But it was not heated Although we had a kitchenette there were no plates, pans or glasses. You had to ask for them and they were brought up. There is NO kettle (for the English this is an essential!). Good there was no casino below as it makes the hotel quieter. We even had JD Vance stay one night whilst we were there! Walking distance to the strip and shopping. Be aware, coming from the UK, everything is expensive . Food court at Fashion Show is about the cheapest close to the Strip. Also all the food seems to be highly processed. We found apples and bananas but the rest was processed and bagged. Also, all the free shows like Treasure Island ship battle and the Volcano at Caesers went years ago. The Bellagio fountains are still going VISIT Ross - like a TK Maxx Arts district - lots of second hand clothes and objects Cornish Pasty Co - awesome pasties ($20), free pool and great beer Voodoo Brewery - good beer Mob Museum - gory

The little things let it down.

The little things. Great for me that it didn’t have a casino. The main reason I chose this hotel. Lovely entrance. Met by friendly staff, albeit somewhat robotic! If you asked questions whilst checking in, it was as though you were interrupting their trained speech! Jeez. Food was good but I asked for rice instead of potatoes. They had no rice. What on earth! No rice? Do they even cook on site? I tried to order room service one night. All via QR code. Not an issue using it until there’s a problem. I could open the page but it wouldn’t allow me to add to the cart. It was too frustrating so I called reception. Apparently my only choice was to go downstairs and order. Far out! How about someone gets off their backside and comes to my room to take my order. Everything was a problem. We used the ironing board. Which was pathetic. I expected it to be put away during cleaning. Nope! Left to the side. Sure, we may have used it again. However, tidy the room! Put the board away. Our room faced the strip and even on the 49th floor, we could hear music in the early hours. Just an FYI for light sleepers. I wanted to like the hotel. And I did on entry. It was those little things that I did not expect with the brand. Safe to say it won’t be my first choice if I return to Vegas.

Vegas stay September

As a Hilton owner I booked a promotion package with them for the hotel because I have stayed here previously. Hilton erred and did not mention that I would need special forms for my service dog but David Le went above and beyond to ensure I was able to check in, after a long drive and enjoy my stay without anymore stress. He is what guest service is all about. Going the extra mile. The hotel is in a great location, always clean and staff is great. Vance at the bar was great when sliders were dry. The only challenge is the coffee shop. The girls constantly on phone and when asked for a touch up of coffee, was advised no refills. Suggest to change that policy if guests ask. Leo enjoy the security and the valet are very friendly. Even when busy

Second time staying here, love the service and the peace with no casino onsite. Couple of mins walk from here to Wynn a d opposite shopping mall which you can walk through into strip as well. Commanding position with great views of the strip, will be back

Fantastic Option near the Sphere

In town for the ASD jewelry show, and stayed at the Trump for the first time. Location was very convenient to the Wynn, Fashion Show Mall, and a short ride to the convention center. Check in was super easy, with friendly staff. Once we had our keys, we were on our way to the 27th floor. I love that you have to scan your key in order to access the elevators. The rooms were very spacious. Offering a full room with a king size bed, desk, living area and pull out couch. Bathroom was modern with shower, and jetted tub. There’s a full kitchen, but you have to request plates, utensils, etc. Fridge was awesome and froze my water and Diet Coke. Rooms were serviced daily, and fresh bottled water was complimentary. We ate breakfast and had wine down in the restaurant. Both were great and not overly expensive for the location. Hotel is smoke free and not a casino, so slower calm pace environment. We didn’t valet, but took Uber, Lyft and Taxis with no issues. Fashion Show mall is literally right across the street. Very enjoyable, convenient stay. Would def recommend and stay again!

Very impressed!! Staff is extremely polite and helpful. When you come in the lobby you are greeted with a calm and fresh sweet smell, not like the hotels with casinos that are usually loud and smells like smoke. This is the hotel to stay at if you want to relax but also enjoy the strip. By far the best service I've ever gotten from a hotel.
