The Vanderpump Las Vegas Hotel & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

We travel once a year to Vegas and have stayed at other establishments. We stayed at the Cromwell and enjoyed our experience and decided to try the Vanderpump. The Vanderpump is now our number 1 go to. The staff is absolutely amazing, everyone meets you with a smile and is extremely friendly. The service is top notch. The rooms, omg, they are beautiful, very clean, the beds are like sleeping on a cloud, having water and a coffee maker is appreciated and the turn down service at night was an unexpected added touch. Love the location, atmosphere, not too loud and the ambiance is fantastic. The pool area is a great place to unwind and relax. We will definitely be recommending the Vanderpump to all our friends and family. Can't thank everyone enough at the hotel for such a wonderful experience.

As a Vanderpump fan, I was very excited to stay on the property. Upon arriving, it only got better from there. The decor, service, and quality exceeded expectations. The rooms were very clean and well decorated and we were surprised and happy to find out we got turndown service. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and look forward to coming back.

This is an update to my earlier post. Sadly a month later we received a charge for late checkout at Vanderpump hotel. We were falsely charged $56 dollars for 1 hour. Front desk in the evening told us checkout was at 12 pm. At 10 am that morning, we spoke to the hotel front desk and they said that checkout is a 11 am but since we were told inaccurate information from the evening before from staff, they would honor the 1 hour, no charge. Also at checkout, when leaving the hotel there was no charge. Next thing you know, a month later we get a $56 charge on our credit card. No email, the front desk did not mention at checkout. It’s disgusting and appalling. I was going to delete my 5 star review but you need to know this is the same faithful customers that wrote a wonderful review. You have lost me! We called customer service and billing. Had multiple conversations and they held to the charge! I was waiting and giving them a chance to make it right first. No success. I have been to Vanderpump Cocktails Garden a dozen times, Vanderpump a Paris 5 times, Vanderpump Pinky’s 2 times and countless times to Sur, Pump (now closed) and TomTom. Ps. Look at Vanderpump a Paris view July and Aug. In conclusion, stay at your own risk. You might get charged a month later and they won’t listen to you. Management feel free to contact me and make things right. I would have paid the $ for the extra time up front but the dishonesty of the charge a month later and not believing your customer when speaking on the phone. It’s principle. They were disrespectful to my sister and I. Lisa you should have a talk with your management. I believe in you!

This was my first experience at the Vanderpump Hotel. When we arrived, we were greeted by Roman at the front desk. He was so pleasant and helpful. He escorted us to a welcome reception at the Soleia rooftop pool. He provided drink tokens, a monetary credit and a surprise in our room when an unexpected room change occurred. Roman is truly focused on customer service and a great experience. We enjoyed cocktails at Gigolo’s and dinner at Pinky’s. The rooms were beautiful and relaxing. Thank you to George in valet for getting the Vanderpump car for us for our dinner reservation. Such a fun experience. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you Lisa for employing two very customer oriented staff members who care about providing the best experience!

We stayed here for our elopement and this is now our favorite place. Small(quick to get to your room from the floor) clean beautiful rooms and friendly staff . The best part was Angelina and Chuy , they truly celebrated with us and made us feel at home!
