The Vanderpump Las Vegas Hotel & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

The new Vanderpump Hotel is so great! It's beautiful inside, dark, sexy, and fresh. The rooms are bright and so comfortable. The rooms are small and the casino is small, but you know that going in as the website tells you. Angelina and Chuy at the bar are just great! They know what drink you want before you do, and make them perfectly, every time. All of the glassware is so lovely. Everyone working at The Vanderpump is so friendly and say hi every time they pass you, which is a touch that goes a long way. I'll stay at TVH again and again.

The hotel itself is absolutely charming, and the location was fantastic. It was easy to walk to nearby casinos and attractions, making it a great place to stay on the Strip. We really appreciated that they were able to accommodate an early check-in, which made our arrival much more convenient. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. One of the highlights was running into Lisa Vanderpump in the lobby while we were checking in. She was incredibly kind and gracious enough to take a photo with us, which made our trip even more memorable. We also had a great experience at Gigolo. The bartenders were friendly, attentive, and made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. I only had two complaints about our stay. First, there aren't many dining options on the property. There is only one restaurant at the hotel, so we ended up going to the Flamingo and Caesars for most of our meals. Having a Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby was definitely a plus, though. Second, we were excited to check out Drai's since it's located at the hotel, but there was a $40 cover charge to get in. We assumed hotel guests would receive complimentary entry, so it was a little disappointing to find out that wasn't the case. Other than that, everything was great. The room was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for two people. A special thank you to our housekeeper, Edith, who did an outstanding job and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Between the excellent service, convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and memorable experiences, we'd happily return on our next trip to Las Vegas.

As soon as we came thru the doors we were politely greeted, but the real gentleman was who checked us in: Mr. Roman Martinez- I can’t thank you enough!!! We came here for my wife’s Birthday to see BSB at the sphere, and you made it so much more special!! Thank you so much for an amazing room and your professionalism. I guess that’s why sometimes it’s better to stay at a smaller hotel? Or we just got lucky having Roman help us. He was super nice and gave us a free token cocktail too! Either way thank you so much! Viva Las Vegas!

We always look forward to visiting the Vanderpump Hotel, and the incredible team is a big reason why we keep coming back. A special thank you to Sonja, one of the Food & Beverage Managers. She is always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure guests have a great experience, and her kindness never goes unnoticed. She is one of the main reasons we continue coming back to the Vanderpump Hotel. We also love spending time at the Gigolo Bar, thanks to Jai and Sienna. They are consistently friendly, attentive, and make every visit enjoyable. They always make us feel welcome, provide excellent service, and create such a fun atmosphere. Thank you to Sonja, Jai, and Sienna for making every stay so memorable. Your hospitality keeps us coming back, and as locals, this means a lot!

Absolutely loved our stay at the new Vanderpump Hotel. The service was top-notch and Brandon at the front desk was extremely helpful and greeted us to make us feel so welcome. I would definitely stay here again.
