Vdara Hotel and Spa appeals to guests who love the energy and excitement of Las Vegas, but choose to enjoy it from an exclusive environment. It is an intimate and exclusive experience unlike anything else on the Las Vegas strip.

Great stay. Love the quiet but being just far away from the hustle. Amazing rooms and love the staff for being attentive throughout. Also like the Aria being a short jump away for the casino and restaurants.

The room is spacious and reasonably appointed. Although it is advertised as an Aria hotel, not luxurious for sure. Other than that we were disappointed by the bed quality, lumpy and very uncomfortable. In addition the blackout blinds were inadequate with plenty of light coming in at 4 in the morning. The hotel also accepts pets whichhas both noise and dander issues. Upon complaining, the manager did revert the resort fees. We would not recommend Vdara unless you are bringing your pet with you, this is a family hotel.

Have always been a fan of this hotel. But this last visit was met with a hostile front desk and ended with a cancelled stay. An upsetting lack of respect and disinterest in finding a solution to resolving a poor room assignment

Location was good, hotel was easy to get to. Room was dirty, shower had stains, counter where dusty. Mini fridge was broken and had stains, hairs where found around kitchen sink, front desk staff liked during check in when they gave me and “upgrade”, I was then advised a manager would reach out and they never did. Security assistance was needed late at night and it took them an hour and a half to 2 hours to contact me when they were no longer needed. I would not stay here again.

At check in we were assigned a corner suite on the lowest floor (loud noises from the tram until midnight, sirens from fire station next door). We asked for a room on a higher floor or an upgrade for purchase. The employee at front desk rolled her eyes, the manager glared at us and yelled that the hotel is sold out which was a lie. We cancelled our reservation and booked a great suite at the Cosmo. This was the worst costumer service we ever experienced in Vegas.
