Find all of the beauty and drama of Venice in a most unlikely place when you check into The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino on the Strip in Las Vegas. With soaring marble pillars, works of art and entire facades painstakingly recreated, not to mention actual canals with singing gondoliers gliding past, The Venetian captures the magic of Italy perfectly. The Grand Canal Shoppes, including some of the most sought-after designer names, and restaurants run by some of most highly regarded chefs, line the canals beneath vaulted, hand-painted ceilings. An 112,000 square foot casino awaits those ready to try their luck at the famed tables, while a variety of activities offer additional diversity. The Venetian is a chance to walk through halls of history, explore the beauty of one of Italy's most famous cities, and to experience the wonders that Las Vegas has to offer - in one spectacular resort.

They take care of you in every way. Every question and concern was answered with a smile. I was amazed how much friendlier the staff at the Venetian are compared to other hotels in Vegas. There are sewing kits and all sorts of nice touches in the rooms/suites.

The room was big and comfortable. The couch a little worn out, but in general the whole area was spotless and beautiful. The cleaning lady was wonderful and helpful. What I would change is the problem with the hot water . We stayed four nights and three of those days I had no hot water for my shower. Twice they came to fix it and only once did I have hot water. So obviously I took a very fast shower. This is the first time this has happened to me, I have probably stayed at the Palazzo about ten times.

I checked into a filthy suite. My suite is located a construction zone so I’m walking by hammering every morning and no one told me that. I request housekeeping and they don’t show up for five hours if they do at all. Very cheap everything. I’ve stayed here for years and I’m spending thousands of dollars per night, but I’d be better off at the Holiday Inn. I will never stay here again.

Every aspect of our stay was excellent; from easy arrival access (we drove & parked in the garage), to check- in. Our suite was immaculate. Easy access to everything (parking, casino, Grand Canal Shops, surrounding areas). Brera (dinner) & Bouchon (brunch) were absolutely amazing. If there was one thing to improve, it would be the lighting in the Suite bathrooms.

This hotel is great. The rooms are very spacious, the bed is very comfy. The views from the windows are spectacular. The bathroom is luxurious - has both shower and bathtub, and the tub is both large and deep enough to fit 6'1" me comfortably. The water flow - common problem in many hotels - is absolutely great. Everything looks and feels clean and well take care of. The only thing I could find a fault with - and I am nitpicking now - is the absence of a coffee/tea maker in the room. The overall hotel is great too. A lot of restaurant, cafe and shop options. I don't gamble so can't say anything about that beyond the fact there's clearly a lot of options there too, I just wouldn't have a slightest idea how good. Also, there are some places there to quietly seat down and relax, or talk to other people, which is great. The location is right in the middle of the strip, close to everything. The staff is very nice too, and they have convenient mobile checkout so you don't need to wait in line. In general, I am very happy with my stay in this hotel. Now, I must note I traveled on business, so I didn't pay for all that out of my own pocket. If I did, I might have some price considerations, but I am leaving them aside in this review.

We have stayed in other Vegas top hotels but we would come back without a second thought. I wish I was there right now!
